    Talk about excellent customer service. Ms Angel is the best there ever was. I ordered a pretty good size bed. FedEx delivered it to the wrong building. I was at work and had my daughter to go and take it inside. It was not there. She inquired at the office. Ms Angel from the apartment office had heard from another tenant that it was delivered to her address. Ms Angel put in work, let me tell you, she picked that box up and moved it from one building on the opposite side of the apartment complex and brought it to my apartment No questions asked. I am forever, grateful, and glad I call this place my home. Ms Angel, thank you so much. It is a pleasure to have you. This is something that I bet no other office staff would have even attempted to help with. I really appreciate it. Talk about above and beyond.

    Angel was amazing! And has always been! I’m so glad she got promoted to Assistant Property Manager because when she got here, I saw a difference in the care for the property and response time from office staff. Things ran more smoothly when she was a leasing consultant, and I know she is going to rock it as Assistant Property Manager

    Maintenance supervisor Rassiel and his team are super efficient, explained everything thoroughly and definitely deserves a raise! They make sure to follow up and go above & beyond! 10/10! Manager Miranda and Leasing staff, the Angels 😇 are wonderful and always a delight to visit as well! We love living here! Thank you Carroll at Rivery Ranch team!

    This complex is very unprofessional and unhelpful when it comes to helping their residents. They will fine you for absolutely anything. When we moved into our apartment it was very dirty. Our fire alarms go off almost nonstop. One day I had to miss work because our fire alarms kept going off. When I had called the office about it they said a maintenance request was put in. By 4pm that day I had gone down to the office and I was told I may have to go all night with it going off because they were not sure if someone is going to make it to fix the alarms. The gate has not worked since we moved in July of 25. The light outside of my building has never worked properly and constantly flashes. I have an eye condition and with the flashing lights it makes it very difficult for me to go down the stairs. I have brought this to their attention many times and I was told there is a work order placed. When I asked for an ETA on when it would be repaired, I was told they didn’t know… well it has been at least 3mo now since I had that conversation. It is still not repaired. The enamel of my bathtub has been coming off since I moved in and when I called to have it fixed they said I would have to be out of my apartment for 24hrs. I asked if they would cover expenses for me to have a place to stay and they said it would be discussed with the manager and they would call me back. Two weeks later no one called me back. When I called the office, the person who answered was very rude and told me no that would not be covered.
