    That apartment is garbage. They tell you everything is great, everything works fine, but the truth is the owner doesn't work. You report any problem and they don't answer, they keep the office closed.

    Subject: Lease Agreement Dispute – Security Deposit and Monthly Fee I am writing to formally dispute the recent attempt to change the terms of my lease agreement. My signed lease clearly states that I paid a $300 security deposit. Based on this, I should not be subject to any additional monthly lock fee. I am now being told that my deposit will be returned and replaced with a $39 monthly charge. This is not consistent with the terms of the lease I signed and agreed to. I do not agree to any modification of the lease terms. I expect the original agreement, including the security deposit, to be honored in full. This situation appears to be the result of an internal error, and I should not be penalized for it. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I am prepared to file a formal complaint with the Texas Attorney General Consumer Protection Division and pursue further action if necessary. Please confirm in writing that my lease will remain as originally agreed. Sincerely, onix Rodriguez
