  i recently moved here in october of 2025 and since ive been here i have had nothing but an great experience with my living stay. theses apartments are everything you dream of , as far as the appliance, the neighborhood, the apartment complex itself and not to also mention Ms.Alica in the office has been the best ive ever experienced when it comes to apartments. she is one of a kind , helpful, respectful, understanding etc. Theses apartments definitely feel like home outside of my home.

  We highly recommend Rayside Residence. The property manager Adrian, the leasing agent Alicia and the other lady ( we don’t know her name) are the kinds of people you want to do business with. At the of the day, their focus is their residents and they make that very apparent. We will be residents for a long time.

  James w with maintenance came to fix my washer that was leaking turns out the hose just fell out he was kind and easy to work with very efficient and quick thank you James!!

  DO NOT MOVE HERE‼️ this place is absolutely horrible the office manager never responds back or reply’s to any emails ever they never fix anything I have had a leak on my roof that leaks all over my living room Every time it rains I have asked for it to be fixed several times over the course of 6 months they charge you for pest control every month but pest control never actually comes out you can hear rats roaming in the walls and ceilings at night there is no security on site so people are always hanging outside and around the buildings gambling and being loud all hours of the night I have asked for corporates contact information several times and never received it there is always trash piling up and spilling over into the parking lot from the dumpsters do not move here you will regret it also every winter the pipes burst they know this and still do nothing to prevent it I can’t wait to move
