  Excellent experience overall. Very nice apartments, and the staff was very personable, especially Jenny Sanchez who was extremely helpful and accommodating. An additional perk if getting an upper floor unit is that there are elevators in each building. I personally was looking for a nice apartment that was also in a convenient location to shopping, restaurants, grocery store, etc. These apartments fulfilled all that and more.

  These are the best apartments in Garland and surrounding areas! I have been here for a very long time since apts opened and me and my dog love it here! Yes at times there are issues with tenants but it's not the manager or the staff it's the actual tenants. Vanessa has been here since I moved in and she is an awesome person and does a excellent job with keeping up with the complex, the girls in the office are so nice and kind and always willing to help in any questions or issues! The mantiance crew does an excellent job on everything they do, the property is always kept up. Yes at times there might be issues/trash(trash cans are available)however it's the tenants for not picking up after themselves or if they have pets picking up after there pet poop(they offer lots of poop bags and trash cans where they can dispose of it). I just want to say "Thank you" and I appreciate you all!

  Jenny is the best! She was very helpful and veryyyy patient . The unit we were planing to move in was not available for viewing so she showed us all the similar units gave us enough time to decide was not at all pushy she showed us all the available options based on our budget and preferences which helped us make a decision.

  We are just about to move in and have had a fantastic experience so far! The entire management team has been great, especially Jennifer Sanchez, who was instrumental in handling our leasing and making the process seamless. The complex is impressively clean, and the amenities look top-notch. We’re really looking forward to joining this community!

  The website is great for getting a good idea aboit the complex and what each unit generally has to offer. Scheduled a tour and has Jen show me A3 and B5 i think. Excellent tour. I was worried that the complex would be too massive for me, but it really is laid out well. It didnt really have that mega complex feel. Each building seemed fashioned to give a cozy feel. I applied for the 2x2. I wanted the following ranked by priority: will my cats be welcome, is the kitchen great for cooking, and an I park, One90 hit all those notes. The hard part was picking between the two options they showed me. Thanks again to Jen and the team!!!!
