  My family & I lived at a really bad apartment complex for 5 years, and we struggled with everything there, especially Management & getting anything fixed by Maintenance. Living here has been such a Breath of Fresh Air! Management is fantastic, and Maintenance has been so accommodating & helpful!! We recommend moving here to ALL of our friends!!

  I’ve lived here for about a year and a half, and as a single mom, my experience has been really positive. The office staff has always been gracious, honest, and genuinely helpful. I personally appreciate their straightforward communication—they don’t beat around the bush, and that means a lot to me. The property itself is beautiful. There’s plenty of space, and the grass and trees are always green, vibrant, and well-maintained, which makes it a really pleasant place to live. Maintenance has also been great. Anytime I’ve had an issue, they’ve responded in a timely manner and taken care of things efficiently. This was my first apartment, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The new property manager truly cares about the residents and has made a noticeable difference by doing small things that help bring the community together. The assistant has also been incredibly helpful and supportive and they all bring so much joy in to my sons life. No place is perfect, but this community comes very close for me. I truly appreciate the sense of care and connection here. ❤️

  The apartments is running a big pinssemy scheme with “big town impound “. Our cars got towed at least 7 times in the last year, for the most outrageous reason. Oaks at Duck creek would switch the car registration system every other month ( this have been going on since I moved here) FOR THE SAME TOW COMPANY WEBSITE. It’s like when Big Town Impound run out of money they tell Oaks at Duck Creek Apts to add a registration website. I’m trying to live comfortably who has time to check their email everyday for the new registration process for the same towing company. Not to mention they change management every other month. They have an infestation or RATS AND ROACHES. I’m ready to take this to the BBB

  Avoided this place. It’s not safe and they don’t have security. But the towing truck will be quick to towed your vehicle.

  Do Not get a lease here. You will get your car break into and the noises from your neighbors won’t let go sleep. They keep changing management constantly. The apartments are pretty old too.
