  I would have given 5 stars, but one of the leasing agents gave us an unpleasant experience. Other than that best apartments my husband and I have lived in, amenities and everything is great. We love the convenience of walking to the square. And the great managers who take charge and manage situations. This would be our third year living here, we've transferred units once and only because there was an inconvenience with previous tenants that were very disruptive at unreasonable hours since the day they moved in. First time we complained to leasing about our upstairs neighbors making so much noise around 1 am(with emails and recordings) Perla(a leasing agent) disregarded us, and said that it was acceptable because they're moving in. After more incidents of unreasonable behavior, we went to actual management with the issues and it was actually acknowledged. **Very thankful of Sonia(the assistant manager) for listening to us and making our transfer smooth and amazing when the time came.** After us making it aware to management, the tenants above just became MORE annoying and childish with constant noise, loud stomping, loud music, etc. They even went out of their way to make false complaints about us making excessive noise; my husband was installing a picture frame on the wall at 3pm. Unlike them making lease violations in the middle of the night WAAY after courtesy hours. Tenants like these are what makes the property loose value and they're so disrespectful to other tenants. We renewed our lease for our second year, but a month in we couldn't stand it any longer. We ended up asking for a transfer and paid transfer fee. We love our new unit thanks to the amazing managers at property. Sonia for listening to us, taking charge of the situation, and Kim as well for disregarding their complaint about us doing normal activities at 3pm. We renewed for our third year because we honestly love it here. We moved into the loft unit and it's been amazing, our neighbors are respectful and friendly. We all follow apartment policy, specially regarding courtesy hours. We also enjoy the apartment gatherings they host, so much fun! With that being said, don't go to Perla if you need to file a complaint because she won't acknowledge you. Go to actual management, Sonia will take care of you! She actually listens to her tenants!

  I was living in this apartment as single female for 1 year i left because i shifted with my friend but the management is really good, I love how the ladies arrange summer and different holiday events, they are quick with their service orders and over all even when i left they returned 100% deposit considering few normal wear and tear, I would 100% recommend this place, the apartments are good yes there is issue with roaches but they are controllable with pest control, the location is is downtown which obviously make it home to random people sitting in front of your house especially if you live on 1st floor, i would suggest chose 2nd or 3 rd floor if you want to avoid them,
