  HILDA IS a Very rude property manager that doesn’t speak clear English. Processes evictions too fast. And will talk mess about you in Spanish to her associates.

  My father currently lives here and it has been nothing but a nightmare. His apartment is constantly infested with insects. When picking him up for less than 10 minutes to help him around the untreated ice on the stairs the tow company they clearly have an arrangement with attempted to steal my car. I was clearly parked in an unmarked spot with no tenant sign - I’m sorry poorly marked “visitor spots” around the corner and an unclearly communicated policy on visitors and also no open office on the weekends does not make this excusable to tow a vehicle parked so briefly. Be wary of this complex - especially when parking the tow company in question they partner with to swipe cars has no working phone number or address - all an incredible money grab. Taking advantage of people every chance they can.

  If i could put zero stars i would in the lease if you catch up for the current month and they hurry and charge you they will evict you no questions asked and no notice the office is not helpful and the main lady HILDA Is a real piece of work and very rude DO NOT MOVE HERE

  This apartment has become well known for it's roaches, bed bugs, spiders and poor/rude/inconsistent and inconsiderate management- the apartment managment has done an awful job at making this a safe and livable location. The slow response time from management for pest control is hindered due to pointing all blame on the resident because they do not take accountability. They will charge you rent and let you live with the pests, they DO NOT CARE. BREAK YOUR LEASE IF YOU CAN! IT IS NOT WORTH THE MENTAL STAIN OF LIVING HERE.

  Do not stay here!!! Management is horrible!! It takes them forever to come fix things and I got a bed bug infestation, I had to throw out my furniture then when I went to the office manager after a month of contacting the management she said that I probably brought them in and that I would have to pay a service fee of $175 on top of my rent to get it exterminated how ridiculous! Do not stay here they do not care!
