1-Star Review: Overpriced, Poorly Managed, and Zero Customer Service If you value basic access and respectful communication, do not move here. The monthly rent of $1,500 is completely unjustified given the consistently poor operation of this complex. The security gates are a daily headache, relying on a faulty app that makes them inaccessible most of the time. Residents are constantly left waiting outside because the technology fails to grant them entry—a ridiculous situation for a paid-for service. The management team operates with a severe lack of courtesy. As a resident of three years, I was late on rent by two days for the first time. Instead of a simple courtesy email or call, I immediately received an aggressive "Notice to Vacate" taped to my apartment door. This action confirms that the office simply does not care about its tenants. Save your money and look elsewhere.

⚠️ Do Not Move Here: Management and Security Failures This apartment complex is plagued by inadequate management and operational failures. After three years as a resident, I can confirm the consistent lack of professionalism and care. The main issue is security and access. The complex relies on an app-based gate system that is non-functional 90% of the time. It is completely unacceptable to pay $1,500 a month only to be forced to wait for another vehicle to exit before you can enter your own community. Furthermore, management's treatment of long-term tenants is appalling. After being two days late on rent for the first time in three years, I received zero communication—no courtesy call or email. Instead, a "Notice to Vacate for Non-Payment" letter was taped to my door. This demonstrated a total disregard for tenant loyalty. I will absolutely be vacating when my lease ends.

Kristin exemplifies what a caring property manager looks like. She listened to me express my concerns and worked promptly and diligently to provide a resolution. No property is perfect, but taking care of the residents can be… and the staff here did that for me!

Lived here from 2023 to 2024. It was a great experience overall, the property is calm and quiet, with a lot of green year-round! By far the best leasing team that I've ever worked with was here at Seven Oaks. Leesa Trant worked with us all throughout, though we were fairly easy going, and made us feel right at home. The only reason we decided not to renew our lease is because we have found a better opportunity elsewhere, and it was the best decision for us. Otherwise, we'd still be there. Our unit had an attached garage and was a 2 bed 1 bath, with ample parking. That is one drawback near building 5; parking is cumbersome. Overall, a great experience living here while we were.

Office staff is great, 5 STARS FOR THEM!!! Every maintenance request takes it's time, yes sometimes you are told the generic "3 ACs blew out and put them behind," most friendliest thing to do is follow-up. You just have to be understanding on certain situations. The buildings are old and have dated appliances, insulation not so great meaning you can hear your neighbors (having disputes), parking is always a struggle during the late evenings. Entry gates get constantly broken and could stay down for a few weeks but I have not ever felt unsafe at any hour of the day. There is plenty of green space and doggie drop spots to dispose of the poop just no where for kids to play, except the pool. The amenities here are decent, pretty standard for what apartment complexs can offer. I would just be VERY aware of anytime the complex has outside vendors do any jobs on the buildings such as painting and roofing...I was told they hire outside vendors and the communication between that vendor and the office may not be right on and when there is failure in communication someone is going to have to pay for any mistakes and majority of the time it happens to fall into the hands of the residents. You may or may not be compensated for things damaged during a certain job but this requires a lot of personal time from the resident. If you can't afford to buy a home, I would recommend at least trying to rent a home. This was my first time in an apartment complex and based off the experiences alone that I've encountered in less than a year's span, I just know this is not a healthy lifestyle for me. The commute for work is great but not worth this BS, I would rather struggle paying for rent in a house that I can barely afford or to go back to the rental house with the molded shower just to not have neighbors in such close confines.
