1-Star Review: Overpriced, Poorly Managed, and Zero Customer Service If you value basic access and respectful communication, do not move here. The monthly rent of $1,500 is completely unjustified given the consistently poor operation of this complex. The security gates are a daily headache, relying on a faulty app that makes them inaccessible most of the time. Residents are constantly left waiting outside because the technology fails to grant them entry—a ridiculous situation for a paid-for service. The management team operates with a severe lack of courtesy. As a resident of three years, I was late on rent by two days for the first time. Instead of a simple courtesy email or call, I immediately received an aggressive "Notice to Vacate" taped to my apartment door. This action confirms that the office simply does not care about its tenants. Save your money and look elsewhere.

⚠️ Do Not Move Here: Management and Security Failures This apartment complex is plagued by inadequate management and operational failures. After three years as a resident, I can confirm the consistent lack of professionalism and care. The main issue is security and access. The complex relies on an app-based gate system that is non-functional 90% of the time. It is completely unacceptable to pay $1,500 a month only to be forced to wait for another vehicle to exit before you can enter your own community. Furthermore, management's treatment of long-term tenants is appalling. After being two days late on rent for the first time in three years, I received zero communication—no courtesy call or email. Instead, a "Notice to Vacate for Non-Payment" letter was taped to my door. This demonstrated a total disregard for tenant loyalty. I will absolutely be vacating when my lease ends.

Kristin exemplifies what a caring property manager looks like. She listened to me express my concerns and worked promptly and diligently to provide a resolution. No property is perfect, but taking care of the residents can be… and the staff here did that for me!

Very sad to give this place 1 star, I have spoke with the owners of the property and things will never change. I wouldn't expect much more than what is listed below. The standard of living is mournful. The owners and property managers care more about money than quality standards or the actual people of the community. They will turn over a unit in what they think is an acceptable 4 days and have an extensive list of things that need to be addressed after you have moved in. I understand things happen but what was left for us to walk into when we picked up our keys has caused me to miss additional days of work as well as emotional distress and depression. Not only was there a list of things wrong with the unit during move in; the overall cosmetic qualities of the units are somber. The tape and bedding is visible on almost every corner, there are chunks of the corners missing then painted over, the appliances are chipped and cracked but if mentioned you are told "it works". Move in issues: The unit was stained orange from the previous tenants, everything from the base boards to the appliances in the kitchen, some of the kitchen floor was missing. The blinds were covered in dust from the previous tenant and the laundry room doors were hanging off of the wall. The bathroom ceiling was leaking as well as black stuff falling and staining the bathtub from the ceiling. The toilet paper holder was ripped from the wall and the sink had been previously broken. The tile around the bathtub was also missing grout and was black. The toilet caulk was also blank and had to be replaced. There was not any weather proofing on the doors. There are fruit flies living in the drains that I can not get rid of. There are screens missing from the windows on our 3rd floor unit. The fridge is un level so they left a board sticking out from under it, and left it that way. My husband removed it. The list goes on and on. Google will not let me enter all of the characters. The only thing that was done was the new carpet. And this is only because I mentioned it when viewing the property. While they did address things; this was by far one of the most stressful transitions I've experienced. It is the direct cause of people not doing their job. I was told by the assist prop mang that no one even walked the unit before we picked up the keys and then laughed at. So NO one had seen the conditions and nor did they care until I was mad. The maintenance men will lie about damaging property. They stood on one of my chairs while in my unit and broke it. Then damaged another piece of my furniture in the kitchen, I didnt even bother mentioning that because everything is laughable to the front office staff. The standard of professionalism is absolutely pathetic, they say they staff has 'been there a long time' but if you do your research you will find the leasing agents are very young and are family or friends of the management. The front office will pretty much just laugh in your face because they dont have to do anything and they know that. If you want higher standards for yourself, I strongly advise seeking residence else where. Only added a couple of photos. They replaced the floor.in the kitchen onlynto change it to grey while all of the other flooring is red brown. Please please believe the other reviews. Edited review: its quite hilarious the front office revises their response. That is a violation of my privacy on their part. I'd like to note that we chose to stay because it was in my families best interest to not relocate at this time. The office staff is still horrendous and lacks accountability. Clearly they like to throw little digs at their tenants.....

Lived here from 2023 to 2024. It was a great experience overall, the property is calm and quiet, with a lot of green year-round! By far the best leasing team that I've ever worked with was here at Seven Oaks. Leesa Trant worked with us all throughout, though we were fairly easy going, and made us feel right at home. The only reason we decided not to renew our lease is because we have found a better opportunity elsewhere, and it was the best decision for us. Otherwise, we'd still be there. Our unit had an attached garage and was a 2 bed 1 bath, with ample parking. That is one drawback near building 5; parking is cumbersome. Overall, a great experience living here while we were.
