  I been living here for about a year in a half , when i first moved in they were helpful. I realized the management has gotten rude since they started adding new tenants. They charge us unnecessary fees without letting us know, we pay in cash because they wont let us use Rentacafe and once again they didn’t inform us that they disabled our account because of a fee they never told us about. We put in maintenance orders, it takes the two months to fix and emergency. The paint on the shower walls is pilling , the floor is lifting, pink paint on the floor ,yellow stains in the bathroom walls ,and many more things and every-time i see them they are driving around on their go carts and never coming to do our money orders. 24 hour fitness room is no longer 24 hours its available 10am-10pm and through those hours the gym is still locked keycard or not, it was locked for 2 and a half weeks me and another resident have spoke to the face to face to the agents their about the gym and they told us it was gonna be closed for another week because they have to fix something else. we walked away and they drove their go cart right in front of us almost running into us. if you want to live here be my guest but they will not treat you like you matter once you live here for a while they treat you like you are less than. I will not be renewing.

  Mid apartment, going anonymous on this review, but I’ve been here for years. Expect roaches, but they’ll do something about it. Honestly not the worst apartments just a bit over priced.

  1st we got put in an apartment with roaches and had to end up throwing away a lot of our stuff- then they didnt want to move us out till I pushed. When we did get a new apartment I had to repay movers and i had wasted already over $500 just because I got put in a dirty roach infested apartment. Also getting mail here is horrible and it gets stolen all the time and coincidentally the one time the office picked my package up it was open. They also never answer you back no mater how many times you ask a specific question, you just get pushed off into "ill get back to you later". And the hidden fees are crazy. Oh and there is dog poop all over this apartment complex- you can hardly walk on any grass at all.
