  Worst Apartment to stay at. Lived here for not even a year and Ive put in a dozen work orders to fix my dishwasher and they still haven’t fixed it. Power Goes In and Out and turned off my fridge for too long and had to throw away $200 worth of groceries. I paid rent but the app didnt take the money so they gave me a late fee and a paper saying i have 30 days to vacate or pay the rent which I ALREADY PAID!!! Please don’t waste your time or money on this place it is not worth it.

  I HAD AN WEIRED EXPERIENCE WITH A REQUEST, OK LAST FRIDAY JAN 2ND THEN I SAW WATER WAS FLOODING THE BATHROOM SINK JUST WATER NOW. AND I CALL IN FOR A REQUEST HELP THEN 3 HOURS LATER NO ONE IS SHOW UP THEN I CHECK ON THE BATHROOM SINK AND I SAW THE WATER HAD SU;BMERGE , BUT INSTEAD IT WAS JUNK LIKE FOOD FILLED THE SINK AND I MEAN FILLED IT SO I CHECK THE KICHEN SINK ;AND IT IS NOW FLOODING WITH WATER I GOT PANICK SO I CALL AGAIN AND TELL THEM EXACTLY WHAT I SAW AND I SAID TO HIM THAT I THINK IT'S HAS BECOME AN EMERGENCY BUT NO ONE SHOW UP I HAVE TO CLEAN UP THE MESS AND WOW THE WATER IN THE KICHEN HAD SUBMERGE BY ITSELF. BY NOW EVERYTHING IS OK.THEN SOMEONE IS SHOW UP NEXT MONDAY .........

  Going on 4 years living at this Complex. Quite and clean area. I just wished people would pick up after their dogs and there weren’t so many stray cats..The leasing staff has always been nice to me when I have to come in. Darion & Angel have made my stay here amazing . Darion has always been tentative and helpful with every need. Angel always gets maintenance requests done in a timely manner. Thank you Seacrest Team

  I have been here for 2 years and have had a few issues here but overall I did enjoy majority of my time here. So going through my list or issues over the years, 1. Maintenance "fixing" the apartment above mine to show but yet somehow managed to cause paint to drip down into my ceiling fan and having white paint splattered/pouring down on my bed, rug, blankets and floor. I advised management but all they did was have someone come clean it up (BARELY since there was still paint all on top after they left) and tell me to look into my renters ins for any damage. 2. 1st year wasn't too bad but roaches started to come up everywhere & pest control rarely to never sprays (unless a work order is put in), 3 - Which I think was more helpful than bad lol. Maintenance came in to fix things around my apartment but only noticed when I seen a work order completed on my table but for the wrong apartment/resident name and had to call the office to see what was going on. 4. Gym is always closed (rarely open) 5. Owners hardly pick up after their dogs and might have to watch where you step but I think that's it. My good things are that 1. The area is absolutely family friendly, usually see kids or families outside for walks/playing on the playground. 2. It's a very nice, relaxing and quiet area to be in - no disturbances. 3. Laundry machines are pretty cheap and open for convenience, 4. A bit overpriced but I loved the mirror closet doors in the bedroom & it is very spacious for a 1bed 1bath with a patio, I loved it. 5. Neighbors are nice and fun (depending on who you get lol) but everyone does keep to themselves. 6. It's so peaceful at night and hardly (pretty much none) crime/complaints in the area 7. Tons of schools, churches, gas stations, restaurants, fast food and parks nearby to roam around in car or even to just walk around. I loved these apartments while it lasted but would recommend 8/10 <3

  I absolutely hate these apartments they are full of some of the most disrespectful people ( people that work here) i have been trying to to get my apartment fixed for a month & still nothing has been done today i was blammed saying its my fault maintenance doesnt have access to my unit i have let them in several times and all he does is look around and then leave !! Then another time i had a maintenance man walk in on me in my own apartment naked just barged right in definitely will not be renewing here!!
