  This apartment community is among the finest in the area. It offers a great location, a clean and modern environment, and a quiet, comfortable atmosphere. My family and I genuinely enjoy living here, and my children love it too. The management and staff do an excellent job maintaining the property. I would strongly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live.

  Vivir aquí ha sido una experiencia realmente maravillosa. Desde el primer día me he sentido bienvenida y, sobre todo, segura. Para mí eso es algo que no tiene precio. El mantenimiento es excelente, siempre atentos y rápidos cuando se necesita algo. En la oficina son increíblemente amables, te atienden con respeto y una sonrisa que hace la diferencia. Las amenidades son hermosas y siempre están impecables. El aseo del complejo es impresionante; se nota el cuidado y el compromiso que tienen con mantener todo limpio y agradable. De verdad se siente como un hogar, un lugar donde puedes estar tranquila y en paz. Estoy muy agradecida de vivir aquí y lo recomiendo con el corazón 💛 son excelentes

  Finding the perfect home wasn't easy, but after looking at over 20 places, One90 Firewheel stood out. We love how new and roomy our apartment feels. A huge shoutout to the staff, especially Saarah, who made us feel welcome from day one with her friendly and helpful attitude. The neighborhood feels very secure since it’s surrounded by other complexes, which was a big plus for us. Even though the amenities are standard, the overall living experience has been great. Maintenance is quick to respond to any issues, and after four months, we couldn’t be happier with our decision!

  I honestly couldn’t be happier living here. From the moment I moved in, the staff has been nothing but kind, welcoming, and supportive. Saarah, Kahli, and the manager Vanessa are truly amazing and always go the extra mile to make sure residents feel comfortable and taken care of. The property is always clean, well kept, and has such a nice overall atmosphere. Anytime I’ve needed maintenance, they’ve been super quick and efficient, which I really appreciate. It’s rare to find an apartment where the staff genuinely cares and everything runs so smoothly. This has easily been one of my favorite places I’ve lived, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place that actually feels like home.

  🔴★☆☆☆☆ (Red 1-Star – Urgent Resident Safety Concerns) I am extremely disappointed with the management and staff at One90 Firewheel. From the very beginning of my residency, I experienced unprofessional and uncomfortable treatment. During my first week, I received an email claiming that multiple tenants were complaining and that I was violating my lease because I was allegedly walking my dog off-leash. The accusation came with a Ring camera clip of me walking down the stairs while holding trash, and the office even told me which neighbor reported me. I found it highly inappropriate and unprofessional that they disclosed who made the complaint when the email stated “multiple tenants.” That kind of information should remain private. Another concern was the pressure to leave a Google review during my first visit to the office. Being encouraged to post a review immediately, before having any real experience living in the community, felt pushy and inappropriate. Throughout my residency, Over the past two years, I have seen numerous tenants walking their dogs without leashes and failing to clean up after them, yet no action seems to be taken. It often feels like rules are only enforced on certain individuals while others are ignored. I have even witnessed individuals associated with the management office not picking up after their own dogs, which makes the situation even more frustrating. Parking has also been a constant issue. For two years, people regularly blocked my reserved parking space. There were several times when cars were parked in my assigned spot, and when I attempted to call the towing company listed on the property signage, I was told that residents are not allowed to request a tow themselves. Despite reporting these incidents, the problem continued. When I requested to remove the reserved parking from my lease, I was told it was mandatory and could not be removed, even though I frequently saw friends and family of staff parking freely in reserved spots. When I reported unauthorized parking, management informed those individuals that I was the one who complained, which created unnecessary tension and made me feel unsafe. Safety around the property is another serious concern. Vehicles frequently ignore the stop signs within the complex, and I have had to run out of the way multiple times while crossing at stop signs because drivers failed to stop. Additionally, for over a year I had to deal with heavy marijuana smoke entering my apartment. The building’s ventilation and filters were inadequate, forcing me to purchase my own filtration system. I hesitated to report the issue because previous experiences showed that management would disclose who filed complaints, potentially putting residents in uncomfortable situations. During my lease termination process, I also began noticing behavior that made me feel very uncomfortable. On several occasions, after walking past a particular individual’s Ring camera, I would soon receive urgent and sometimes aggressive emails pushing me to sign the lease termination documents immediately, which felt very passive-aggressive and unsettling, as if my movements were being closely monitored. In addition, when this same individual saw me walking toward the elevator, they would quickly rush back into their apartment as if I were a threat. These repeated interactions made me feel unwelcome, uncomfortable, and on edge while still living in the complex. When I decided to end my lease, the process was handled in a very unprofessional manner, with inconsistent communication and pressure regarding fees, while other tenants appeared to move out without similar complications. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor handling of resident privacy, inconsistent and selective enforcement of rules, ongoing parking issues, safety concerns, and dismissive customer service created an environment where I no longer felt comfortable or secure. If you are looking for an apartment for your family, this is not the place for you.
