Robert is THE man! . The minute I met Robert, I knew he loved what he does and he always had/has his clients best interest at heart. He was a part of a the entire journey which is rare for most realtors when working with new construction. They typically disappear the minute an agreement is signed. Not only was he a part of the entire journey, he made sure his client was educated along the way and understood the process. It goes to show what kind of human Robert and his team are/is, whether it is a home in the high $200’s or in the $3+mil range, he will ALWAYS make sure his clients best interest are considered. Robert and team is who you want on your side! I truly enjoyed working with him and can guarantee he is an asset in all your real estate and life needs!!!

If you’re looking for a realtor who’s professional, reliable, and actually cares, Robert is the guy! From start to finish, he made the entire home-buying process smooth and stress-free. He was always available to answer my questions, never made me feel rushed, and genuinely had my best interests at heart. Robert went above and beyond—from helping me understand every step of the process, to negotiating like a pro, to checking in even after closing to make sure everything was going smoothly. Buying a home is a big deal, and I’m so glad I had Robert in my corner. I’d recommend him 100 times over to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thanks again, Robert!

Frequently Asked Questions About MRA Realtors

Is North Texas a good place for real estate?

According to the "Emerging Trends in Real Estate" report by Price Waterhouse Coopers and the Urban Land Institute, Dallas is slated as the premier market for real estate investment in 2025. The city previously held the top spot in 2019 and has consistently remained in the top 5 ever since.

Is it better to buy a house or rent in North Texas?

Owning a home provides individuals with the opportunity to build equity and enjoy tax benefits. However, it often involves higher upfront and maintenance costs. On the other hand, renting offers flexibility and generally lower initial expenses, but renters miss out on building equity and do not receive any tax benefits.
