  Today is my move out and I want to say this was an awesome.place to live. Arianna always took her time to speak to me even when she was always busy. Juliana was always on point and making sure we were good. Jessica was very sweet. The maintenance team always came in to our apt and took care of all our maintenance issues. We will miss it here and we are only moving because we bought our house in Galveston.

  I've been in this apartment for more than 2 years now and I'm very glad I made this choice. This apartment complex is so quiet and clean. The layout is spacious with lots of natural light and modern amenities. The management staff is vigilant, and maintenance issues are promptly fixed. If you are considering to check out this place, I highly recommend JULIANA POLANCO. She is always willing to show you different units and floor plan. She is very patient and helpful. I loved my place because of her and she made my transition smoothly.

  We have lived here for a few years now and the apartment staff and the community are absolutely amazing! Especially Juliana! She has always been so helpful and always is the most friendly and outgoing person! I feel like whenever I need to ask a question or grab mail (or even just passing by she always has the biggest smile) and is always willing to give you a answer, offer up suggestions or get the job done! I feel like Juliana is the heart to this community. You can tell she really cares for the tenants and wants everyone to live peacefully, comfortably, and happy! Thanks Juliana for being so great!!!

  I’ve been living at Lakeside at Campeche Apartments for a while now, and I absolutely love it! Juliana was amazing in helping me get my apartment from the very beginning. She made the process smooth and stress-free, and her professionalism and kindness really stood out. Even after moving in, she’s continued to be helpful and attentive whenever needed. It’s a great place to live, and having someone like Juliana on the team makes the experience even better. Highly recommend!

  I’ve had a great experience at Lakeside at Campeche! The community is clean, peaceful, and well-maintained, which really makes it feel like home. I especially want to recognize Juliana Polanco, the assistant manager, for her outstanding professionalism and kindness. She is always helpful, responsive, and goes above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. It’s clear she truly cares about the community and the people living here. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live!
