Lauren in the Design Center, Dennis Nichols our Construction Manager, and Alyssa Walsh our Customer Care Manager for Warranty Items truly care about you both professionally and personally. They strive to create your “Dream Home”! Pulte believes in service after the Sale and Closing. Alyssa is always very responsive regarding any concerns and repairs. Just like Dennis during the building process, she strives to address any issues or repairs to your satisfaction. We know sincere reviews are important and waited for 1 year to post this review. We were the first house completed on this street. Therefore, we’ve seen many Pulte homes built by all 3 Construction Managers, Dennis, Alvaro and Daniel. You get to know these Construction Managers and observe their daily supervision of the numerous details building each home. They work countless hours as a Team and truly care about each home and you the Customer. Pulte should be proud of the conscientious Team they’ve put together here at Del Webb Fulshear. Finally, the Neighbors and Amenities are fantastic!
