  If I could give 0 stars I would, this place is atrocious do not move here, the office staff suck never work the posted hours they have, never show up on Saturdays when there supposed to work, nothing gets fixed unless it’s a small issue the kids and parents in this complex are horrible and none of them are raised correctly which is sad and they make you pay for others water bill since they only use one meter for one whole building DO NOT MOVE HERE I WARN YOU NOW YOU WILL HATE IT IF YOU DO!

  The highlights of this place are the maintenance crew and the proximity to restaurants, stores, the freeway, etc. It ends there. The staff that worked here when I moved in 2 years ago were excellent. As apartments do, management has since changed twice. With those changes have come bad thing after bad thing. The parking lot is constantly flooded due to a water leak they've been working on since before I moved in. We get charged exponential amounts for water, sewer, gas, etc. which are all connected to the leak (literally, prices have doubled recently). They turn the water off without warning constantly. They charge you for trash pickup and valet trash, but we recently went 2+ weeks without valet trash, and over a week without trash pickup, so the complex was absolutely filthy. To top it all off, good LUCK getting ahold of a real person if you aren't able to go up to the office. They don't respond to emails, they don't answer the phones, they don't call you back, and you can't even leave a real voicemail with a real person because they decided for some reason to allocate all calls to an AI service bot who isn't even capable of listening to your message long enough for you to try to leave one (even then, it transcribes your message and condenses/rewords it, so you will not be able to address your actual concerns this way, especially because it misunderstands you frequently). No one cares about you after you move in. It's worth mentioning that the neighborhood is not great. You will hear gunshots most nights, there is trash everywhere, there is always loud music, the gates are never actually closed so there's a ton of foot traffic from people who don't live here crossing through the complex to get to or from the park. Truly, this is a dreadful place to live, and I cannot wait to leave.

  Le doy una estrella porque no se le puede dar menos NOOOOOOOOO SE MUDEN A ESOS APARTAMENTOS ESTÁN INABITABLES HAY CUCARACHAS EN TODOOOOOOSSS LOS APARTAMENTOS Y SIN CONTAR LA SUCIEDAD QUE HAY EN TODOS LADOS APARTAMENTOS SÚPER CAROS PORQUE NUNCA TE COBRAN LO QUE TE DICEN CUANDO FIRMAS TU CONTRATO Y NO VALE LA PENA PAGARLO POR ESE PRECIO ENCUENTRAN MEJORES APARTAMENTOS

  El peor de todo los condominio estoy loco por que se termine mi contrato para irme en verdad super mal servicio ellos nunca solucionan nada ahora no hay agua caliente.... fácil va a estar así por 4 o 5 días

  Maintenance was awesome, my ac went out in 100degree weather and they came out quick and repaired it quickly and still left an portable for comfort
