  I cannot recommend Brent highly enough. My journey to find a home spanned over three years, and Brent was there every step of the way. We originally started looking during an incredibly competitive market where I was repeatedly outbid, leading me to pause my search for three years. When I was ready to try again recently, Brent didn't miss a beat. One of Brent's greatest strengths is his 'builder’s eye' for property issues. He was able to point out potential red flags, helping me avoid properties that would have been a headache later. What sets Brent apart is his unwavering patience and genuine integrity. We navigated a few hurdles this time around—one lost bid and one contract we had to cancel due to inspection issues—but Brent never pressured me. In fact, during the final negotiations for the home I eventually bought, he actually encouraged me to offer a lower price than I was already willing to pay. His strategy worked, and he saved me a significant amount of money. He consistently put my interests above his own commission, and I couldn't be happier with the result.

  We had a great experience selling our home and buying our new home in Plano with Brent and his team. From start to finish, everything felt well coordinated and easy. Brent connected us with excellent contractors who helped get our home ready to sell and made sure our new place was move-in ready. He also introduced us to a fantastic lender who offered a no-cost rate float-down through closing and a free post-closing refinance, along with a title company that handled everything smoothly with minimal effort on our end. We would work with Brent again in the future and highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.

  Brent is an outstanding DFW realtor whom my wife and I cannot recommend enough. He is a step above all other realtors we’ve encountered who brag about their many years of experience but then take the cookie cutter approach to buying and negotiating on a home. On top of that, he knows the lay of the land because he’s grown up in DFW and he has the business acumen of sensing market trends to foster buyer confidence in what is otherwise a sellers’ market here in DFW. Brent comes from an underwriting Goldman Sachs background where he was frequently engaged with many C-suite stakeholders. In other words, Brent has very sharp soft-skills and knows how to approach a seller’s agent in order to motivate sellers to seal the deal. He’s a Pit Bull with the finesse and likability of a Labrador Retriever. Words are not precise enough to describe Brent. My wife and I hired Brent ~ Thanksgiving when we had to let our previous agent go after 1.5 years of house hunting. We didn’t switch to another realtor sooner because we really liked our previous realtor, but we had to make the painful business decision of letting them go to get a fresh pair of eyes on our situation before my relocation benefits expired. By ~ New Years, Brent helped us to secure a house we were pursuing with our previous agent but failed to do so as a result of our realtor getting frustrated with the sellers’ agent. There’s no other way I can put to words in describing Brent other than comparing him to a great cup of coffee. You need to experience many bad cups before you can recognize a truly great cup. For rookie home buyers who have never had to experience many bad realtors, all I can say is take a leap of faith and go with Brent. His performance will set your expectations high that in your lifetime, other realtors will pale in comparison to Brent.
