When homes are being represented for buyers or sellers and roofing concerns come up, I am often brought in to assist. I can honestly say that working with Brent and JoAnn Rice with Compass has always been an absolute pleasure. I truly appreciate the trust they place in me to help take care of their clients, whether they are representing the buyer, the seller, or sometimes both. They operate at a very high level, communicate quickly, stay proactive throughout the transaction, and consistently put their clients’ needs first.   We had a great experience selling our home and buying our new home in Plano with Brent and his team. From start to finish, everything felt well coordinated and easy. Brent connected us with excellent contractors who helped get our home ready to sell and made sure our new place was move-in ready. He also introduced us to a fantastic lender who offered a no-cost rate float-down through closing and a free post-closing refinance, along with a title company that handled everything smoothly with minimal effort on our end. We would work with Brent again in the future and highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.

  Brent was absolutely wonderful with our home search and everything we could have asked for as first time homeowners in Texas. I initially contacted him to negotiate the house we were renting as the owner decided to sell the house. During the process there were some delays and we started looking for alternatives - another rental place, or a houses to purchase in the same school district as I don’t want to change the school district for my high schooler. We didn’t have lot of time as the owner of our rental place gave us the notice to vacate the place. He listened to our needs and our concerns and kept our expectations realistic. He made sure everything went as smooth as possible for us. Brent helped us throughout the process. He showed us both the rental properties and the houses for sell. He gave us frank advice through the process with pros and cons, but ultimately left the decision on us. He has a good knowledge on the real estate market here in Dallas suburbs. He helped us throughout the negotiation process. Would definitely recommend Brent to all my family and friends! Thank you Brent!

  It was a great pleasure to work with Brent Rice, a Super person dedicated to his work with a great passion for what he does. I as a client am Super satisfied to have worked with him, selling my house was a very good experience I did not have to do anything but follow his instructions and it was a sale Super fast thanks Bent Rice For such a great job. If I had to sell or buy I would use their services again.
