Our leasing agent, Maebree, has truly gone above and beyond for us — from touring the property multiple times, to answering every question, to making sure our move-in day was completely seamless. Her communication and kindness made the entire process stress-free. The community itself has been wonderful so far. It’s quiet, well-kept, and feels very safe and secure. The grounds are clean, the amenities are exactly as advertised, and everything has been smooth since day one. We’re really happy with our decision to call Mirra Frisco home, and we’re so grateful for all of Maebree’s help getting us settled.

- AAArkbt1000Oct 7, 20251.0NEVER, EVER RENT HERE! Anyone who's mesmerized and pulled into Mirra because of its new construction and new build should stay 500 feet away at minimum. You'll be faced with THE MOST INCOMPETENT FRONT OFFICE EVER. EVERY SINGLE TOLL BROTHERS OWNED PROPERTY are awfully managed. I'll put this simply: each month, when rent is due, they intentionally put a lower amount on both your Mirra account balance and Bilt. They'll never put the right amount on your account. Now, what they do is silently charge your account for late fees which is 10% of your rent. Then, they'll put the blame on you and make you at fault so they can squeeze and scam you 10% extra on rent every month. It's fraudulent consumer behavior and frankly, this is referable for criminal investigations and enable all developer licenses of Toll Brothers to be revoked in the entire state of Texas. Oh did I mention? There are crazy people who scream at the top of their lungs for hours during day and night on lower floors. Police had to be called for them to stop. This is just the tip of the iceberg folks! If you're lured in by the fancy architecture and interiors, just be aware: the wolves are out to hunt you. They'll gaslight and guilt trip you into staying here for as long as they can. I cannot EMPHASIZE ENOUGH: NEVER RENT HERE. STAY AWAY FOREVER.
