  I love it here! and I’ve been living here almost 2 years I’m So happy! They take care of all maintanence request in a timely manner. All staff is nice I will say Yvonne is not quite pleasant :\Essence and Brandi and Krista always are ready to help. When I walked in she didn’t greet me and looked at me with an unpleasant stare. When I asked her for help on pest control she just responds “they already left” didn’t even bother to ask me if I needed to Schedule next week. FYI never ask Yvonne for help because it is a bother to her! Clearly is not a people person and hates her job. I always feel un-welcomed by her. But everyone else is great! The community is the most luxurious I have ever felt in a unit and the price is unbelievably matched. And management is tremendous!

  Mrs. Yvonne Shinn was my Leasing Agent. I have nothing, but glowing reviews for Mrs. Yvonne. She was extremely patient with me throughout the entire leasing process. She didn’t leave any stones unturned from the initial tour to signing.

  Absolutely love it here at Lebanon Ridge. We have had the best experience since we moved in 4yrs ago. The staff has always been so helpful. Krista the Asst. Manager is amazing she is always so kind and helpful with anything we might need. She truly is the best. Thank you Cindy

  Honest review. Nice apartments. Management is nice. Only lived here 7 months till we bought a home. Just know to write every little thing on the inventory condition form, and I mean every little thing no matter how small even if it’s from the previous resident that they missed when conducting their final walk throughs as I was charged $90 for a guest bathroom resurface for what I believe to be a tiny burn mark that the previous residents left but I guess that was overlooked by management when those residents moved out. $350 for shower/tile resurface. The tiles were pretty bad on the bottom but we didn’t move into a slick new re-tiled shower either. Just know you as the resident will be footed for the bill for a semi remodel. Might I add, when we moved in they installed a new fridge, but shaved off a hole in the laundry room door because the fridge door could not open or function properly. So I have to live with that for nearly $2k rent but I’m getting charged for a previous residents mess up. Nice.
