  I had the absolute pleasure of working with Selam Hintza, and I can confidently say she was incredible to work with. Selam was patient, kind, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right home. She was even wonderfully patient with my parents (who can be a bit opinionated!), which I truly appreciated. From the very beginning, I could tell she had my best interests at heart. What I valued most about working with Selam was her honesty. I completely trusted her judgment and guidance throughout the process of buying my first home. She consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly. Thanks to Selam, the entire experience was seamless and stress-free. I honestly can’t thank her enough. I’ll absolutely be working with her again when it’s time to buy my next home.   Extremely Disappointed and Concerned – No Follow-Up After Providing Sensitive Information My partner and I were excited to find a home we truly liked and promptly contacted the sales agent, Rashmi, who sent us a link to apply. I completed the application, was approved, and was then prompted to move forward with the leasing process. We submitted all required documentation—including our driver’s licenses, pay stubs, and other personal information—as instructed. Since then, we’ve been completely ghosted. Despite reaching out three times via email and leaving voicemails over the course of a week, we received no response—not even a courtesy message to confirm receipt or explain the status of our application. We both meet the income and credit requirements, and we’re now left feeling confused, disrespected, and extremely concerned. It’s hard not to wonder whether this lack of communication is due to our race or the fact that we are a same-sex couple. We trusted this process and handed over sensitive information in good faith. To be met with total silence feels not only unprofessional, but possibly discriminatory. At the very least, it’s unethical. We simply wanted clarity—even a denial would have been better than being ignored after such a vulnerable exchange of information. I sincerely hope this review reaches someone within the company who values integrity and accountability. Applicants deserve basic respect, transparency, and a timely response—especially after submitting such personal details.

  Kristie was amazing to work with! She answered any and all questions my wife and I had while buying and selling our home. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to the process, she is prompt and responsive when we need her most! I would recommend anyone who is looking to buy or sell their home to reach out to Kristie for assistance. Excellent experience all around with her and the process.
