- AHAustin HargreavesJan 25, 20262.0Great location and amenities, but roaches and attempted fraud upon move out. I lived here for 2.5 years. The location in Frisco Square is great, the amenities are nice, and the maintenance team was excellent — always responsive and professional. The floor plan was well designed, and we were generally happy living here. Unfortunately, the leasing office was very unhelpful and disorganized. Additionally, attempted to commit fraud upon moving out. We had a pre move-out inspection where nothing was flagged, yet about a month later (after moving out of state) we were charged for damages and our deposit was kept. The charges were fabricated beyond a few valid small wear and tear items. After weeks of back and forth, they stopped responding and later sent the charge to debt collections. Only after disputing it and threatening legal action did they recall the debt — but they never returned the deposit (luckily we took very clear photos of the apartment when moved out). There was also an ongoing roach problem, even with treatments and keeping everything very clean. Low water pressure issues caused the shower to occasionally make an extremely loud noise. Avoid units near the dog park due to odor. Great location and maintenance, but be cautious with move-out and the bugs.
