  I had a really great experience working with Alicia Jacobs during the apartment enrollment process. She was patient, professional, and extremely helpful every step of the way. She answered all of my questions clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and made everything feel a lot less stressful.

  Do not be fooled and move here! They do not care about the community they just want your money - 1 month in my apartment my neighbor down stairs came beating on my door which almost lead to an altercation and Ashley (office staff) who lived in the same building just sat at the end of the stairs being nosy and had her boyfriend who was taking pictures of my door tell me “she’s not working at the moment” after trying to provide her with a statement of the event. Had to escalate it to the property manager at the time. The maintenance team is trash: - My dishwasher broke about 4 months in and maintenance could not fix it… all they told me to do was get a dish mat to air dry my dishes. - My dryer broke 3 times! (Only been was the apartment for 2 years) - My kids room was infested with ants - They are now trying to charge me after I moved out of breaking a glass top stove that literally cracked on its own while cooking.. Don’t get me started on the parking/towing.. the other reviews are so true! - Parking is horrible.. i literally had to walk across the apartments with my 3 kids for over a year because Ashley Blueford never followed up with me for a garage until I visited the office. - The tow truck guy pick and chooses when he follows the towing rules whenever he wants..

  Parking is ridiculous. Was told by office manager to park at another unit when I am half a mile from my unit. Makes no sense. She can park at the back of the complex and let me borrow her space for awhile. Really need to focus on resolving the parking issues and office management.

  Parking is absolutely ridiculous here. Need to figure this out or be lenient if we use the handicap parking. Its bullshit in all honesty

  Worst apartment complex I have personally ever lived in. POOL CLOSED AND PARKING SUCKS. 1 week ago it was 93° degrees outside and got kicked out of the pool area while tanning, due to it not being summer yet, pool is closed, BS! PARKING. I got towed for parking in the ONLY available parking space Sunday evening, Complex parking was full, guest parking was full, the ONLY available spot happened to be a painted handicap sign (everyone who can’t get parking parks here). Next morning wake up and it’s towed.
