  Has gone downhill since being bought by an obviously greedy corporation. I have to pay 40+ dollars a month, just to pay rent in their portal, no other option. Terrible parking, unless you pay a fee, of course. Mandatory monthly fees like pest control that they do not keep up with. You cannot use the pool half the time that it’s supposed to be available. And I unfortunately just had to renew my lease (hopefully for the last time), and they double charged me for all of my monthly fees, including Internet. so I got to pay that twice as a reward for renewing my lease. that is how they treat their returning tenants. Don’t do it!!!!

  DO NOT RENT HERE! Bugs everywhere they NEVER for the life of me answer the phone. Always try to rush you out when you have an issue and never get back to you. They never pick up around the apartment complex, dog waste stations are always overflowing. You are lucky if you get your trash valet picked up. I stayed for 2 years and the first year had no issues, idk if management changed or they just stopped caring, but they never return your calls or emails. BEWARE!

  worse experience i ever had the apartments are infested with rats and roaches and they don’t care they don’t have no people come out for pest control it ever always stink over there the people in the office always say this gone do something and never do
