  The management here has been excellent since I've moved here. Any issues I've have, the manager Bobbie has been so helpful and answers all of my questions and handles my issues! Maintenance is pretty great too! Taylor and Marcus went above and beyond to fix a problem i had!

  I explained that I had a felony on my record for a minor drug possession and asked about the background policy I was told as long as I didn't have any sex charges or assaults that I would be approved then after paying $210 for app and admin fees I was denied and I called to ask why they said because of my background, I told them that I was upfront about my charges just to make sure that I wouldn't be turned down and the lady said well I said you Might be approved and that is not what she said she all but guaranteed my approval! Very disappointed that I wasted my money when they could have just been honest and told me that I would be denied for Any felony on my background very unprofessional and I feel as tho I was robbed would not recommend this property to Anyone they should be lucky that someone would actually live here because the apartments are really a dump they look broken down and ghetto definitely not the pictures they advertise online! "Stay Away" !!!

  DO NOT MOVE HERE!! This is a warning for everyone who is thinking about leasing here. The manager Bobbi doesn’t care about the tenants at all. I did a tour with my brother and the apartment they showed us was totally different from what we got. Not only that, but there were no blinds, no closet doors, roaches everywhere, no way to shower, holes in the cabinets, black mold, broken cabinet parts, unfinished painting, missing patio door lock, and water damage. After speaking with Bobbi, it was clear that she is a liar and a manipulator. Me and my brother could not live in our unit since it wasn’t ready and asked if we can be relocated and she said no. We waited and still the place was not done and we had already paid for the month. We went to check the unit again after a couple days and then went to speak with Bobbi again because it was still unfinished and she told us that we were not allowed in the unit until everything was ready. She changed the lock. We came back again to cancel our lease and she attempted to relocate us. We told her that we would like to cancel our lease because we needed somewhere asap and you failed to provide that for us. She began to lie and say that the apartment was ready since we signed our lease and we could have been living there without any issues. We lost all trust in her, so we had to cancel our lease right away and we did get charged. I’m planning on a lawsuit since they are scammers and don’t care for any of their tenants. We heard so many complaints from other tenants while we sat in the office and Bobbi never replied to any emails.

  It seems there are some residents in the Hayes community that are having the same issues. I been trying to get my repairs done in my apartment the same same answer is what get ‘We have a bunch of new move in residence snd we don’t know the exact time we can get to your work order. ‘. We gave over 2 weeks after signing the lease contract to try to get the unit ready for a safe and healthy environment and in many ways the team failed. The property manager told us the things will be done but still waiting. Work orders are getting signed off as completed and they are not even touched. I been trying to get this resolved and getting nowhere with the property manager I am waiting for the property owner to respond back to me.

  This place is by far one of the worst places to live and a health risk ! If you’re considering moving here don’t, this place is a lawsuit ready to happen. I just moved in on March 4th, originally I was supposed to move in March 3rd. Mind you I was already approved feb 20th and had talked to management about my apartment. Turns out the day I was supposed to move in it wasn’t ready so we moved in the next day. Upon moving in there was so much wrong with the unit it isn’t funny, there were New York sized rats when we moved in, I told management about it and it took them 3 weeks to do anything about it and all they did was lay traps. They didn’t paint the walls at all, my bathroom still has writing on it from the previous owners, not to mention one of my bathroom toilet doesn’t work to this day. We did not have a door upon moving in, so they gave us a destroyed door with a makeshift peep hole that doesn’t even fit the frame entirely. Management told us that we would get a new door but based on how they’ve handled everything else it’s safe to say I’m not getting a new door. It’s very flimsy and doesn’t close correctly. There were rat droppings everywhere and the drawers/ cabinets are terribly painted over as well as not secure at all. Not to mention the apartment is leaning downward in the living room. The kitchen has an infestation of gnats inside of the refrigerator! Instead of offering a better unit that was done or postponing my move in date further they gave me this incomplete mess of an apartment. I advise anyone to stay far away from here, it’s a risk to your health family and safety.
