She was very kind very knowledgeable and very helpful every time I had an issue. She was very respectful to me and never gave me any problems when I had complaints about the roaches I had. I did live in an infested apartment with roaches, but it wasn’t because of me being dirty it was because I had neighbors upstairs who were dirty. Felicia handled it with all the professionalism in the world, and I really appreciated dealing with her the entire year. I lived there. I highly recommend dealing with Felicia if you go to Tides On Hulen to live.

Save your money and rent elsewhere where can’t wait till this lease is up . Sadly my first apartment and bad experience . Wish I would have read the reviews !
