  Si te ok recomiendan es por que les están pagando, estos apartamentos son un asco, de verdad **ASCO** cucarachas y cucarachas y te hechas la culpa de que no limpias cuando jamás deberían haber cucarachas, nuestros muebles eran completamente nuevos cuando nos mudamos así que tampoco pueden mentir que las trajimos de otro lado llevamos 3 fumigaciones pagadas por nosotros por que al decirle a la administración de los apartamentos que necesitamos que fumiguen le estamos hablando a la pared, no hacen nada y está infestado de cucarachas, asco asco, no arreglan nada, todo está mal, de todo te hechas la culpa y todo tienes que pagar ósea cuán quiere tontería te cobran pero nada solucionan, cobran cada vez más según ellos de renta y no se no entiendo, y luego vienen y responden que te comuniques con ellos, para que? Si no van a resolver igual, que limite el tener que llegar a esto, que pena vivir aquí, no puedo ni invitar a alguien que venga a casa a vernos por que aparecerán mil cucarachas paseando por ahí 🤮🤮

  8832 Apt A Hi, I am emailing because yesterday I was due to move into the unit I was falsely sold. I submitted 2 money orders yesterday. One for $500 and one for $780. Before I submitted those money orders and signed any lease, I asked to view the unit but I was told no. So against my better judgment, I signed the lease, and miraculously I was then allowed to view the apartment. I was told the unit was still being cleaned and that I would be able to move in after 3pm. My sister and I viewed the unit and first, it was not the unit I was shown weeks before when I was inquiring. Upon viewing this unit, there were live and dead roaches everywhere. Big and babies. The toilet in the bathroom was completely disgusting with brown rust and God knows what else present on the bottom. The walls, baseboards and ceilings were old, cracking and coming apart. And there was black mold present in the crevices of the ceilings. What really takes the cake for me is that the unit was not the same as the virtual model I was shown. I was told that it would be that exact model minus the cathedral style ceilings that was on the model. You all completely mislead me and scammed me and I demand my money orders back. If we can't reach a sensible and morally correct resolution, I will see you all in court.

  No queria llegar a esto pero llevo 5 meses y cuando entre me pensé q iba a pagar un solo monto estable mensual y ya voy por 1200 mensuales por uno de una habitación y lo que llevo de estar hay no me han solucionado lo del internet el baño esta despegado y que ahora todo lo del apto hay que enviarlo por correo la piscina vive mas cerrada que abierta

  Edit: (I have lived here for several years) To be fair I intially gave this place a 1-star because prior management was absolutely worthless. Its been a few months since they have made a switch, in all honesty you can tell a difference with the grounds and everything else I originally had issues with. They are doing well and its improving here. The only reason why its not a 5-star yet is because the pool is still not working. Once they get that under control my rating will go up. Thanks to the current management/staff for making this place a better place to live.
