  Me and my mom have been struggling on finding an apartment these past months, but Three 77 Park was different. Their kindness and gratitude towards us was so appreciated and we are so grateful to have found them and found our home. They have helped us like no other especially, Alexa Trevino. Alexa was so patient, loving, understanding, and just full with compassion. Our application process and everything else went smoothly and couldn’t have been better. Three 77 Park honestly saved me and my mom. 10/10

  Amazing experience! Searching for my own apartment with my daughter was challenging. Until we came across Three 77. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially Alexa Trevino the assistant manager. going above and beyond to assist me, explaining with details gave me confidence in choosing the place! I would definitely recommend the apartments complex.

  Love my apartment home, it’s totally beautiful and modern, Plenty of space for a one bedroom. Safe place with plenty of things to do in the area. Super happy to live here. Great staff, Daphne and Stephanie were great and made sure i was up to date right up until i moved in, Thank you for that. The maintenance staff make sure they are on point and timely responses. Super satisfied to live here🤗

  i love it hear but their are some strange black bugs for some resone and we have had them for 3 or 4 months

  Our living experience was okay but once we left , we were hit with a ding in our credit report !! Very odd considering we had a zero balance and a very clean apartment when we left . We started moving out a whole month early JUST to make sure we wouldn't have any issues . We didn't get our deposit back either (which I didn't expect because there was normal wear & tear since we have toddlers) . They told us they sent our balance through a single email (which we never got) but BLEW UP our phones telling us to come pick up old mail . Priorities mixed up in the office maybe ??? Because when I went to go pick up "all this mail" , it was a single envelope . Junk mail to be exact . Nevermind the fact we moved an hour away so the drive was NOT worth to say the least . Failing to mention a balance and then throwing it on our credit report without my knowledge at all is so foul I really don't have any more words but the constant change in management makes sense . do better .
