Decent apartments. Maintenance requests get resolved in a timely manner and there's not too much that goes on here. I just hate that they have most of the parking spaces numbered and to park there, you have to pay. I feel it's a waste of money since even if somebody parks in your spot, you have to wait for the tow truck to come and I'm not a fan that the gates dont work for extra security.

Pros Very Quite, plenty parking Cons When i sign the lease , they said i need to pay $895 ( risk fee ) , it is non-refundable, no explanation, back office does not know why . I dont have any criminal record, no cancel lease, good credit , good income. But they agreed to remove that charge when i point it out. Sometime people play car music , loud enough to vibrate my walls Hidden fee , remember to add $100 to $150 for water waste and some add on from the 28th day since the day you move in. I was out of town for the entire 2 months , but still get charged for water waste something You wont see they charge you on the first month or even carefully mention about those fees before you sign the lease. My base is 990 , they told me that how much i pay plus utilities monthly , ending up paying almost 1100 plus utilities Roaches here and there, small one Just put in my first maintenance request Conclusion, Is it that bad place and area , no, would i sign if i know i pay 1100 for the apt , no Would i recommend the place , yes ( plus read above )
