  THE BEST apartment community I have been in! Highly recommend! The pros: very walkable area with plenty of restaurants, stores, etc within a mile or two. The train is really close as well. Made going to Dallas and the airport a breeze! The building was always clean and well maintained and parking was simple; overall quiet area. The best part of this complex, though, was the staff. The people in the office and the service technicians were the most professional, kind, and organized group! If nothing else, lease with them for the people! The con (which really isn’t a big deal): a few homeless in the area. Never felt unsafe but worth knowing. Moved out of the area or I probably would have stayed here forever! Can’t recommend enough! Go check them out!

  Long term resident. Every staff member from the office to maintenance is kind, intentional, and prompt in replying to any concerns or needs. They keep up with repairs around the complex and communicate these proactively. They also host fun resident events. A great place to live!

  Great neighborhood....up and coming area will keep getting better....safe and quiet too. Office management is the best team I have come across in the last 6 years of apartment living in Austin and Houston. Highly recommend living here if you are looking for somewhere to live close to downtown Fort Worth!
