- LMLaTonya McCallumOct 30, 20251.0I actually live here and it's terrible. Trash hasn't been picked up in a month, we haven't had hot water in almost 2 months. Neighbors are living in apartments that have boards on the windows. This is ridiculous!!!!!!

My sister lives here this is my 4th time coming to her apts and still nothing has changed, they haven’t emptied the dumpsters in months and it’s still like this, she hasn’t had hot water since she moved in, this place needs to be condemned. It’s very in humane and something needs to be done. She had called the city, health and health dept and nothing seems to be getting done. They have homeless people living in the empty apartments, their no lighting anywhere in the parking lots she needs a flash light to walk to her door.., if anyone has any suggestions on handling this situation please let me know, other than that PLEASE DONT WASTE YPUR MONEY!!!

I will be reaching out to the city Councilmember for this district ( D9 Elizabeth Beck) I hope anyone living here does the same. And before anyone tells me that no one lives here...I know better. If you or anyone you know lives in a place like this just know that you deserve to be treated better.
