- BOBrittney OuhlFeb 17, 20261.0I would give this place zero stars if I could. I’m helping my little sister move into her first apartment. This is one she applied to over two weeks ago. She was told it would take no more than 7 business days! She’s already laid the app fees and was told to wait for an email for ID confirmation. It’s been multiple days since they’ve said that. We’ve called consistently with ZERO answers or call backs! It’s almost like there’s no one even in the office. We even stopped by multiple times and every time there was a sign on the door saying they were giving a “tour” we even waited an hour to see if there would be a show and still nothing! Whoever works in the leasing office needs to be talked to about getting back to people who’ve called and left messages. She will now be applying to other apartments. Such time wasted.

My car got broken into & they ignored all my emails about it, they never did my maintenance requests from the day I moved in, then because they did not fix my broken door my apartment got broken into & my money was stolen, again they ignored my emails. And there's mold & rust & they worn fix it
