- YRYes RoDec 27, 20251.0Awful place to live at. ACs never work, we’ve gone 2 weeks without it. Hot water never works. Our neighbors got held at gun point, tires are being stolen, a car got broken into and almost got stolen, neighbors breaking glass door, popping tires yet they never do anything about that. Cops are always being called here, kids at the other apartments have broken a car window bc they throw rocks on this side. You pay for all these amenities that you can’t even use. Maintenance just doesn’t care they tell you what’s wrong and then dip. They can waste the money on painting the outside trying to make it look “pretty” but can’t be bothered to fix ppls acs, plumbing, mold, pests. It’s ridiculous. At this point I’ll be calling code compliance.

I don’t know any of them and quite frankly it has gotten to the point where we are moving out because of it. I have video proof of attempted theft and the kicking my door. i have called the police and I will escalate it if it happens again. Teach your kids better.
- KKKaitlyn KinneyNov 15, 20251.0DO NOT LIVE HERE hot water will go out for weeks with no solution offered. my ac has been broken for OVER A WEEK and my apartment has gotten up to 90 degrees, called MULTIPLE TIMES and i’ve been offered little to no help. i put in a work order like i was supposed to and have emailed/ called to follow up multiple times. maintenance/ emergency maintenance is impossible to get a hold of, office doesn’t even have the number for emergency maintenance. pretty crazy considering how much we get charged each month for rent. UPDATE: now going on 2 weeks with no working AC or heat, absolutely nothing has been done. calling or contacting the office is completely pointless, nothing is done besides them giving excuses. they are truly doing absolutely nothing, i have literally done everything i can and called and contacted about 50 times. do not move here, they do not value your business or your comfort at all and they make that very clear with the service they don’t provide.
