  I have lived here since October. When signing the lease i was told I would get November and January free. November comes and they're constantly texting me and charging my card telling me i have a balance due after i called them multiple times explaining how this month is free the problem got fixed half into the month. Now we are in January I called on the first because I had the same problem of them constantly charging my flex account and sending me messages telling me my rent was due, I went up to the office and specifically spoke with the guy that told me i had the months free and he told me he would get it fixed. Now we are at the end of January and balance is still on my account. I called today and they just said they would call me back and i came home to a letter on my door telling me I have a balance and if it doesn't get solved eviction will be filed. This is absolutely ridiculous that I have to keep reminding them of what they promised me and not only is it messing up my flex account but also my credit score. Since i've moved in i feel like the office has been very negligent in dealing with the problems that i'm having including maintenance as well.

  Waste of time. I was scheduled for a tour that I didn't get. Then told I couldn't see the desired apartment until after I sign a lease. Terrible experience

  Communication is very bad here moved in Dec. 19 and today after complaining and put in work orders and more complaints they fixed some of the things today Jan. 6.

  Awful place to live at. ACs never work, we’ve gone 2 weeks without it. Hot water never works. Our neighbors got held at gun point, tires are being stolen, a car got broken into and almost got stolen, neighbors breaking glass door, popping tires yet they never do anything about that. Cops are always being called here, kids at the other apartments have broken a car window bc they throw rocks on this side. You pay for all these amenities that you can’t even use. Maintenance just doesn’t care they tell you what’s wrong and then dip. They can waste the money on painting the outside trying to make it look “pretty” but can’t be bothered to fix ppls acs, plumbing, mold, pests. It’s ridiculous. At this point I’ll be calling code compliance.
