  Terrible property management!!! Apartments are mostly in terrible conditions and they never fix any issues (major or minor) within the units!!! My apartment is having electrical problems and I have reported them and no has came out to fix the issues!!! If my kids and I become victims of an electrical fire I will sue the hell out this company if I’m alive but if not my family will do so as well!!!

  If I can get more communication I will be happier, but I'm out 200$ they're offering to move me in friday and I don't even know my apartment number.

  Jessica was great. The tour I received was one of the best I’ve ever went on. The property is very beautiful so many amenities I really enjoyed the atmosphere and experience. Great customer service.

  I visit my son every week to 2 weeks since I’m not to far. This is his first apartment & I feel so extremely bad how horrible this complex is every time I go visit there’s no ac or heat he tells me that the management tell him everyday someone will be there to fix it & no one ever shows up there’s times where they don’t even answer the phones anymore when he tries to call He has been without cool ac for a whole week & now there’s no heat in his apartment for going on almost 2 weeks. Just a few weeks ago & still on going problem every time it rains all windows in his apartment LEAK water from when it rains i had to show up late at night to help him fix the leaking & clean up the puddles of water. He & I tried calling the emergency maintenance line & we were told that since his leaking was not stopping that it was considered an emergency & that someone will be there to fix it as soon as possible a few hours later went by & he received a text saying the situation is a situation that can be handled on normal business hours. So there’s no emergency maintenance then? I am not sure why thats even an option for this complex if clearly they handle every situation weeks later. I definitely don’t recommend this place AT ALL there’s apartments 100x better than this place.
