Please save yourself the stress and do not move here… Todays issue is the wifi is out. I have called multiple times to see what is going on and when it will be back on because I work from home and need the wifi. Last week they added an extra $100 to my bill without letting me know why and when asked about it I was told management would get back with me and that never happened. Called multiple times no answer or management was not “available”… pool has been closed for the past 3 years but maintenance cleans it everyday so that they can trick people into moving here instead actually fixing things that needs to be fixed… like the gate… or the hard water that clogs faucet… communication goes a long way… and they don’t have it here…

I 100% do not recommend renting here. I was a resident for 3 years. The first year was fine but after that the other tenants became less desirable. The pool stopped being maintained and was unusable for the last two years, but that didnt stop other residents from inviting their whole community and shooting off their guns. The units are all infested with roaches. They crawl out of every crevice possible. We had to throw away several items (couch, rice cooker, air fryer etc.)upon moving to avoid bringing roaches to our new residence. Next door neighbors girlfriend damaged the front door with rocks and the floor fire extinguisher and broke the windows. Management renewed his lease. Fire extinguisher was never replaced. Tickets never get resolved and are automatically checked off as being completed despite issues not being fixed. Management and leasing agents changed at least 4 times during my residence here. Oh, and they're refusing to pay my deposit and saying they have no responsibility lol. Do not sign here, I dont care how desperate you are.

Saying I wish I could give zero stars is an understatement. Although new management recently took over, it has made little difference—many of the same issues continue. My work orders were marked as “completed” simply because I did not grant permission to enter my unit as my work and sleep schedule is not normal. No one should have their home accessed without consent, and marking a request as finished without doing the work or even looking at the issues is completely unacceptable. I attempted to call the office multiple times with no response. I followed up with an email explaining my work schedule and best need for an appointment, which was ignored—just like the two other emails I previously sent. The lack of communication and accountability from management is beyond frustrating and shows a clear disregard for residents’ concerns.

This is my second year living at this property, and honestly it has been nothing short of horrible. Even with the new management, the issues have only continued. My AC has been broken for three weeks, and although the new management took over two weeks ago, nothing has improved. Every time I call, my calls are ignored or I’m told they are “waiting on a part.” I’ve gone in person to explain that the previous management was awful and that I was promised things would get better, but that has not been the case. Not once have they contacted me with an update, even though they took down my contact information. Now we’re dealing with temperatures under 40 degrees, and I’m still expected to endure it because my AC/heating unit remains broken. To make things worse, the AI assistant “Ella” told me the issue was not considered a maintenance emergency—even when temperatures were above 80 degrees—and even suggested calling 911 if someone overheated. When I called the office recently, the woman on the phone acted as if I never submitted a work order, despite me explaining repeatedly that I was told they were waiting on a part and that it has been broken for weeks. At this point, it just sounds like excuses. I truly find it hard to believe that a part takes three weeks to arrive. They keep blaming everything on the recent management change, but that doesn’t mean residents should have to suffer through extreme temperatures while waiting for them to get organized. I’ve lived in better places, and based on my experience, this property does not seem to care about resolving serious issues. They don’t take into account that I’ve never been late on rent or that I already warned them I would not be renewing my lease if things didn’t improve. The level of disrespect and lack of urgency from both the previous and new management is appalling.

I am completely done with these apartments. Living here has been nothing but one problem after another, and management clearly does not care. My AC has been having ongoing issues, and I put in a request on Friday. It is now days later and absolutely NO ONE has come out, called, or even acknowledged the issue. I’m sitting in a hot apartment while they ignore it like it’s not a serious problem. On top of that, I’ve had a dishwasher request open for TWO MONTHS with zero response. Not a single update. Nothing. The maintenance here is useless and the communication is even worse. And let’s talk about the phone situation — no one ever answers the phone. Ever. It makes no sense that I have to physically go UP TO THE OFFICE every single time I need help because they refuse to pick up or return calls. This is completely unacceptable. I’m paying full rent while living with broken appliances, no AC, and a management team that does not communicate or follow through on anything. I genuinely hate living here. Because of the constant neglect, the unresponsiveness, and the unsafe living conditions, I will be filing a complaint with code compliance. At this point, it’s the only way to get anything taken seriously. If you are considering moving here, PLEASE do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. This place is a nightmare.
