  Applied for an appointment here. Staff receptionist, Felicia was really great and knowledgeable on apartment availability and prices. She arranged to give me a apartment tour the same day. The tour sealed the deal of me applying. Excellent Customer Service!!!

  I’ve been here almost a year and I LOVE it❗️The new property manager Delishea and staff are AMAZING—seriously no complaints at all. My apartment has been great and I haven’t had a single issue. Definitely happy to be here❗️😍🥰♥️

  just wanted to share how impressed I’ve been with the new management team at our complex. From day one, the transition has been smooth, and the staff has been incredibly responsive and attentive. Our property manager has gone above and beyond to address concerns quickly and professionally, always with a friendly attitude. Maintenance requests are handled efficiently, communication has noticeably improved, and it’s clear that the new management company truly cares about residents’ comfort and satisfaction. It’s refreshing to have a team that is proactive, respectful, and easy to work with. I’m really pleased with the positive changes and the level of service we’re receiving!

  Management and office staff is a plus. Maintenance is very knowledgeable and cares about the everyday of residents. Units are nice, everyone is professional. I can't recommend this complex enough to anyone looking for a nice place to live.

  Just moved to the area and I’m glad to say that I did. It was a big move for me coming from out of state but the office staff made me feel so at home. The move in process was easy and I’m so happy with my new apartment! Thank you Delishea especially for going out your way to help me learn the area and find childcare! You guys are amazing!
