Moved in over one month ago and I still do not have a key to my mailbox. I inquired about this to the office and even though I was told on move in they didn't have a mail key for me, that they had a list of apartments without a key and they would put my apartment on it. How did they not already have my apartment on the list?
It has two weeks since talking with the office about getting a mail key and I do not have a key and heard zero updates from them. My address is marked as vacant so I cannot receive any mail via USPS until this matter is resolved.

I wish I could give this apartment complex zero stars. I moved in last August, and right from the start, it was a disaster. The day I moved in, I went straight to the leasing office to report multiple maintenance issues—most importantly, a non-working stove and dishwasher. To make matters worse, every surface, including the bathtub, was sticky, and anything you put on them was incredibly difficult to remove. There was also a leak present in the utility closet. This leak didn’t get fixed till over a month later. I had to buy an electric stove to cook on because I didn’t have a working stove for 3 months (it wasn’t replaced till I called code enforcement)!!! Then, in October, my apartment flooded twice before they even sent someone out to fix the cause. The flooding had ruined personal property of mine. To top it all off, there was a hole in my bathroom ceiling for two months before anyone came to repair it. While the hole is now covered by sheetrock, it’s still not painted or finished. Because of the state of the tub due to flooding and poor resurfacing, I have been having to shower at the gym. There have been pest issues, one of my windows you could open from outside on the first floor, and not to mention the attitude of the previous property manager. When discussing all of these issues with her and the NEGLECT to repair them, she stated “I don’t have to do anything for you if I don’t want to.” Then, when prompted by her supervisor to offer me a release from my lease, she stated “It’s not like you’re going to find anything else within your budget.” I come to find out after they finally agreed to release me from my lease, there was another switch in property management. Three separate managers in six months… I think that tells you enough. I have tried three/four times to get a meeting to discuss the previously approved release of lease. No email to schedule an appointment. No phone call or text… I feel like I am being held hostage in an apartment code has deemed condemnable... There is much more to go into this, but I am running out of breath. This place has been a nightmare and I just want to leave. Avoid it at all costs.
This place isn’t up to par for people to lived we don’t get the assistance we need and Christina is terrible at responding or getting us the help we need. Someone needs to fix the AC in our unit and have better ability to respond in a professional matter.
Do NOT move here. This complex is absolutely unacceptable.
First, Christina is extremely helpful before you sign your lease — but that completely changes after you move in. The units are clearly not ready for occupancy, yet people are still being moved in anyway. It feels like once the lease is signed and commission is secured, concerns no longer matter.
I went months without a mailbox key. After repeatedly complaining, I was told the post office was “holding my mail.” When I went to the post office, they had no idea what I was talking about. It wasn’t until I threatened to purchase a replacement mailbox lock myself and request reimbursement that a key suddenly “appeared” the same day.
The A/C situation is even worse. A large percentage of units do not have properly functioning air conditioning. If you drive around the complex, you’ll see multiple apartments with window units installed. The problem? Many of them are not even installed correctly and barely cool the apartment. I reported a leak in my A/C for six months and explained that the freon wasn’t holding due to a leak. Instead of properly fixing it, they removed a large part of the unit, said they’d return, and never followed up.
That’s the recurring theme here: no follow-through, no accountability, and constant excuses. “There’s new people here.” “I’m just filling in.” “Someone will be there immediately.” And then no one ever shows.
Maintenance requests go unresolved. Communication is inconsistent. Issues are dragged out for months.
Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.
