After moving from my home of 10 years, the adjustment was significant, but it was one I needed as my children began starting lives of their own. There’s no such thing as a “perfect neighborhood,” just like there’s no such thing as a “perfect” multi-housing community—but this one is perfect for me. It’s quiet, family-oriented, and welcoming. The women in the leasing office are wonderful—always kind, understanding, and diligent. They consistently go above and beyond, and I truly appreciate everything they’ve done and continue to do for both the property and its residents. They feel more like extended family. I feel safe and understood here. Maintenance is great, and any delays are usually due to my own work schedule. All concerns are addressed in a timely manner, and they’ve truly made this transition easier for me.

I specified that it was an emergency on the work order request and he came within about 30 minutes of me putting the request in. He explained to me what the problem was and how he resolved the issue. Very friendly and nice.
