- BLBucky LalikOct 19, 20255.0I lived here for about 6 months. The property isn't super updated, but that's why the prices are what they are for the location on Hulen. The apartment was clean and the property was well maintained. If you need maintenance, you do need to put in a formal request through the portal otherwise maintenance will not see it and it will not get done. Management is wonderful. The property manager was quick to respond when I left a message on the emergency voicemail on a Sunday and got things figured out within a few hours, and I've had nothing but good experiences with the leasing consultant and assistant manager. I lived on the second floor right by the front of the complex, and it did get a bit noisy with the road sometimes, but I couldn't hear any of my neighbors except for one occasion. Overall I was very happy with my time living there.

They are rude, unprofessional, will lie about anything just to charge you an extra fee because there is nobody trying to stop them.

The office lady who stays on property almost ran me over My mother in law is ill and I help her out and they threatened to put her out because she can’t have any visitors . She can’t be by herself . Makes threats of putting her out because of family being here to help her she is 60 years old. We are trying to find her somewhere else to go she is on a housing program and they are moving slow with helping her find somewhere . She doesn’t bother anybody family checks on her spends time with her and leaves . They are so unprofessional bangs on your door for nothing this is gotten to the point where no one feels comfortable coming here we are loving god fearing people who never experienced this problem ever before with anywhere she has stayed . I am not a resident but my mother in law is and I do not recommend these apartments to anybody who wants to keep getting harassed and threatened. She has a service animal that she gave documentation to when she first moved in and now they are harassing her about that . She has been a resident here for about 8 months.

Love our front office and they move to address any problems you might have. I am also six minutes from work and I love that too!!!
