  We’ve had nothing but great experiences so far. Luis helped us get moved into our new home, and he was incredibly helpful every step of the way. He made sure we stayed informed, answered all of our questions, and made the entire process smooth. Like any apartment community, there are always pros and cons — but overall, our experience has been very positive, and we truly appreciate the support we received.

  I recently moved in and had a pretty good experience. They worked with me on some things and ultimately I got a nice apartment for a very reasonable price. Will update later on but so far a pleasant experience.

  I'm coming up on my 1 year here at Revl and I really have enjoyed my time here. I wish I could stay another year but I simply cannot afford the rent + extra fees. -The Good- - Revl's Leasing staff is some of my favorite people. Luis, Lola, Amanda, and Kaylin are really easy to talk to and they really want your stay at Revl to be special. - The Maintenance staff are also really cool. I wish I knew their names but the Manager is super cool and I love that I can trust them to fix things for me. - The team tries to host events for residents and they're usually really fun. The amenity space here is really nice and getting scheduled events to use them has been nice. - The Amenity space. The 3rd floor Amenity space is so cool and unique its almost like its own town square thats private for residents. I will say my one issue with the Amenities here is that people actually use them, so its hard to get private time or enjoy them alone if you're a bit introverted. -The Bad- - This building is not set up for the freezing months. There are a lot of pipe bursts and fire alarms that follow which can be annoying. Definitely make sure you get water damage insurance to be safe. - The road noise. The building doesn't have great insulation from the outside and the area is a super heavy party area. If you like to party its great, otherwise you are dealing with that noise most night from people leaving the bars late at night. - Add $100+ish to rent each month due to the extra fees everyone has to pay. This apartment has the most extra fees I've seen by far. -Something that stood out- - I didn't really have any issues while I was here but there was one time I got home from Vacation and my A/C was broken. Since the temperature was above the emergency temperature I called the emergency maintenance line and the manager immediately picked up. He let me know one of his staff on site would come check out the problem and walked me through the whole thing. Unfortunately they could not fix the issue the day of, but they provided me with a portable A/C during the fix time. I've never had an apartment provide this type of accommodation so it was super nice! Anyways, Revl Crockett Row has your typical Apartment issues but the staff, events, and amenity space really stand out to me and made it worth it. If I could afford another year I would! - Aven S.
