  My experience at Redwood Estates has been nothing short of stressful, unsafe, and exhausting. The amount of neglect and disorganization from management is unbelievable. Maintenance issues were constantly ignored. A major leak was left unresolved for so long that it caused mold, and when it was finally addressed, management tried to claim we “never reported it,” even though they had already sent someone to inspect it. They simply never followed up. That is not only dishonest — it is a serious health hazard. They repeatedly tried to blame “previous management,” but that excuse doesn’t work when they don’t know what they’re doing either. When my heater stopped working, they told me they couldn’t fix it because “they’re not electricians.” We were left with no heat source for days, and I ended up having to pay out of my own pocket to bring in an electrician just so my home could be livable again. In the summer, it was the same story. They took forever to fix the AC while it was over 90 degrees inside my house, and my cats were overheating. Management showed zero urgency or concern about how unsafe the situation was. On top of all the maintenance failures, the office constantly mishandled my payments. They once gave me an eviction notice because they applied my rent to somebody else’s home. More recently, they claimed my payment was “NSF,” even though the funds were available the entire time. My bank confirmed Redwood never processed the payment, yet they still made me repay it with late fees added. Then they followed it with a completely unprofessional 24-hour demand notice, which felt more like intimidation than proper management. Between the repeated billing errors, lack of communication, unsafe living conditions, and constant negligence, this community is absolutely not managed well and not safe to live in. Based on my experience, I strongly do not recommend moving here.

  The water meters were not reading my water usage for the last 3 months, my bill this month is over a thousand dollars because the water and sewer usage were not reflected in the last three months plus accumulated fees and excessive charges, I just wanted to confirm this is accurate information since meters are failing but when I went to the office and asked how much my usage was per month the lady did not even know read the bill and had a bad attitude, this is unacceptable that someone working in the office does not know how to do their job, and not to mention the office being closed during business hours.

  I wish there was a half star. We have lived here about a year and half. The roads are horrible! The management has changed three times. The post of what this park offers are lies. The pool opened for two weeks this year! They have a ridiculous towing service people parking in fire lanes on curves! I started making complaints to the city of fortworth. They say the club house has pool tables and a fitness room. NOPE we were told because it was vandalized. OK Well your site is false advertising. There is no pool room. There is no clubhouse.they will let you rent it for parties, otherwise there is no access. They have people parking their vehicles on places that are for sale. Nothing done..how is anyone to know it is for sale? They dont enforce or even follow their own rules! Anytime we have contacted inspire nothing is done they dont even call you back! Since we have moved here there are kids breaking into empty mobile homes, there are homeless people stealing, there had even been someone driving down our street shooting a gun through there sun roof! They raise your rent each year yet we never sign a new lease. We never see any improvement. All we see is rapid downward spiral of this property and ask why do we live here. There are police down the street all the time because of the homeless. There are stray cats and dogs everywhere. The management is never here. Half the time we have no maintenance and on the weekends its a free for all here.

  I've lived here approximately a year and a half, at first everything seemed good. Now after this short period of time we've had 3 managers in the on-site office. Theirs absolutely no communication from the office to the residents concerning any issues going on with the community. As residents we are supposed to have access to the pool, this year (2025) it didn't even open till July 1st, it was only open approximately 2 weeks. They refuse to have a pool company care for the pool, instead they expect the crack maintenance person do it, hence why it can never pass inspection. Our roads are literally crumbling away, I've been told since February of 2025 that they are getting bids, 6 months later and nothing is done. I was told it depends on if Inspire Communities decides it's "in the budget" but yet every year on your move in date they raise your rent, but still nothing. They don't maintain the firelanes or enforce people who continuously park in said firelanes. If you call Inspire Communities as a resident...you never get anyone to answer, you get a voice recording with options to choose from, you leave a message because they are supposedly so busy and told they'll call you back. I've yet to ever get a call back from anyone in their offices, even though I've called approximately 8 times in a year and a half. Our tow company that is hired for our community is useless, I've called them twice about vehicles in the firelanes, they told me a truck was dispatched, but after 3 hours of waiting, a vehicle still sits in the firelane on a curve no less and they've never showed. We are suppose to have access to 2 pool tables in our community building, yet we don't have access to them, but we are charged for them.
