  This is my second time living here, and I’ve truly loved it. I’ve never had any issues. The neighborhood is great, and the views, and nearby park make it a really special place to live. The front desk staff has always been friendly and helpful, and maintenance has been excellent. Juan is super friendly, quick, and always helpful whenever something needs to be fixed. I would definitely recommend living here.

  As one of the very first residents of Presidio River East, I can honestly say my experience was nothing short of amazing. This was my first apartment, and it will forever hold a special place in my heart. The location is unbeatable with stunning views of the Fort Worth skyline, and the amenities made it feel like home from day one. The staff was always kind, responsive, and professional. Joy and the entire Avenue5 team truly went above and beyond to make the community feel welcoming. A special shoutout to Juan, who is hands down one of the best maintenance technicians I’ve ever met—always quick, reliable, and friendly. I moved out of Texas this year, but I still miss my apartment like crazy. Thank you, Presidio River East, for an incredible 4 years. You made my first apartment experience unforgettable!

  This place is fantastic. My best friend and I, brand new to Fort Worth, decided to move here a year ago. I can’t tell y’all how great of an experience Presidio at River East gave us. The front Desk is always responsive and well organized. Anytime we had a problem with our apartment, the maintenance crew took care of us in a very timely fashion. My only gripe, and a very small one at that is the gate occasionally breaks (once a quarter) but it’s usually fixed within a couple days. Huge thank you to the staff and maintenance crew for keeping the apartment complex clean and safe.

  I have lived here for four years going on the fifth, and sadly last, year now. I was here with the old management company, Magnolia Properties. Although I love them a little more than Avenue5, the office team here has gone above and beyond to settle any problems that may arise and with a smile on their face. I chose this apartment for several reasons with the smaller size being number one. I wanted to live in a close knit community, not just another massive complex where all they care about is dollar signs. Joy has definitely made sure to bring this environment over after Avenue5 took over. There are some issues with the gates not working properly or being broken, but they definitely stay on top of it as much as they can!! They can’t control people breaking gates or whenever the front gate may act up, but they come up with a solution fast and communicate very well to all residents! My son has practically grown up here and everyone in the leasing office as well as Juan have treated him with such kindness and love! The maintenance guy, Juan, definitely had some big shoes to fill after Chris had left after Avenue5 took over, but he has definitely exceeded my expectations!! He has fixed every service request I have within 24 hrs, most of them have been fixed within 3 hrs honestly. Plus, he’s very friendly and gives great advice on how to maintain my apartment. There has been valet trash issues, but that’s all on the valet company and whenever I let the front office know, they are quick to remedy the problem. The only thing that I believe they really need to work on is the pool issue. This past year has really been the only year there have been so many problems with people who don’t live here sneaking in and misusing the pool and it’s amenities. I know Joy has been bending over backwards trying to come up with a solution and is doing everything in her power to do so. That is all on Avenue5 and I hope this review reaches them. Thank you to the employees at Presidio River East for all that you do and I know my son and I are going to miss you after we leave next summer!!
