They got someone out pretty quickly..threw a little caulking here and there..ok...more rain..same leakes..guy came again more caulking..ok..more rain..same leaves more caulk this time he said if it leaks again may have to change the vent fan in bathroom could be installed incorrect.Still leaking and nothing but crickets out of Clayton Homes, my husband has contacted Belton who Ft Worth said built the home..nothing, he has emailed corporate, no reply 2 yrs in still leaking bathroom ceilings now have mold and mildew, not even sure what is going on with living room because it's NOT the windows it's just running there and sitting because it has nowhere to go then leakes..so tell me what now? what kinks of water damage and who know what else is behind those walls..is this the cause of my recent (past 7 months and counting) health issues? Something needs to be done and apparently this is the only forum you can get a reply from.
