    Great Place to Live and Visit. My Son and Daughter n Law live there and absolutely Love their Place and so do I. Clean Clean area Safe and their Pool area is also Clear and very enjoyable. I would highly recommend living there to anyone. The quality of the Houses are above most other Houses that I have ever seen. Thank You Billie Brady

    One of the worst places we've ever lived. There is no communication telling you that things aren't working like no propane for the spa or community grill on a busy holiday wknd. Multiple emails get ignored about work orders and other issues. So far, we have gone 2 weeks now without our garbage picked up out of the blue with it getting picked up on prior weeks. Paying for "valet" trash. It's literally a joke. Maintenance closes out work orders without the issues being fixed. Put in a work order for pest control 2 weeks ago and still haven't gotten it done. They advertise a fancy event lawn and don't host any events or gathering like similar comparable properties do in the area. The community fees paying for stuff that doesn't work or no events or gatherings. I could go on and on.
