  Moved here about a week ago,so far everything has been great,maintenance solved my issues rapidly,and the office staff are very nice.

  To start off I do want to say move in day wasn’t the best just because my apartment was not cleaned like promised without proper communication before I got here with all of my furniture. But after saying that I do want to say how appreciative I am for maintenance with their help that day and communication. They sent in the cleaners day after I move in and got it cleaned. And there were like 7 very minor issues that they came and fixed within I believe 2-3 business days so I appreciate that so much. I got a new stove in this week from them and I had emailed with Diana this week about the time frame of the stove getting here and she answered in a timely manner and answered everything I needed. I do believe communication on time frames would be good but I also understand with maintenance there’s so much they have to do so sometimes accurate eta is not easy. As whole I think it’s been decent living here as it is an apartment I know nothing will be perfect and like I have told Ambreia (who was alone in the office and very busy with so many people when I got here, she was doing all she could at the moment) and the maintenance at move in day communication is key and that’s really the only thing that i personally experienced could be better and I know they are working on it as much as they can. But I have enjoyed my apartment experience the last couple weeks since I moved.

  DO NOT move here. I moved here 6 months ago and it is the worst apartment complex I have lived in. Maintenance requests are never solved, even after going to the front office or catching maintenance people around property and voicing concerns to them. Roaches are a major issue and I have emailed and put service requests in, I still have not seen a pest control person and hate living in my unit, it’s a personal nightmare. 6 months later I still do not have a mailbox key to easily access my mail, this was supposed to solved months ago but maintenance can’t fix their mailboxes for residents apparently. The gate never closes, this was promised to be fixed back in the summer, I do not even know the gate code because that’s how little of a concern it is to them. Residents never pick up after their dogs, maintenance doesn’t try to maintain grounds and cleanup after also. Do not sign a lease here and find a place who actually cares about their residents because this one doesn’t.

  Quiet and friendly neighborhood with friendly staff. All staff were very helpful, and maintenance was fast depending on their workload. Affordable two-bedroom, enjoyed living here.
