  Taylor is exceptional. Makes sure there is clear communication before the day of repair, stays in constant contact and the provides helpful information on anything needed!!! So very thankful for the staff and all repair personnel.

  I am a current renter with 1st Choice Property and have been with them for over five years. I truly can’t say enough good things about my experience. The team is always friendly, professional, and willing to work with you. Maintenance is handled efficiently and consistently by a very professional staff, which gives great peace of mind. It’s been a pleasure renting with them, and I highly recommend First Choice Property.

  This company is unethical and lie about charges to keep your deposit. This company will charge for normal living wear and tear along with typical Make ready even after I hired a professional cleaner. Unfortunately, it’s looking I’m having to file in JP court to get my money and file a formal complaint against the realtor with Texas Real Estate Licensing commission. In response to company comment…. Sorry but it is up to a judge or In our case jury to determine if you charged for more than wear and tear. Charging for a built dirt dobber nest, animal fences in none fenced yard when I don’t have pets, weeds in flower bed when we were gone 2 1/2 weeks before inspection. These are a few of the ridiculous charges. Not to mention you all Inspected the house a month prior to us leaving. I also am well versed in case law, and I can say you are not following the Texas code as ALL the items you charged me for are in case law as deemed normal wear and tear as told to your realtor. We like you I have photos, witnesses and documents/emails. Hope it gets worked up prior to a court hearing but not appearing that way. I'd advice everyone to stay away from this company everyone. See what they put you through. Never had such an issue in my life.

  I have been renting from 1st Choice Property Management for almost 6 years. Anything that has been needed, it has been taken care of immediately. And they have been very easy to work with and always professional. Recently the roof was replaced. The roofing company showed up on time and communicated with me at every step of what will take place. The roof was finished in one day, everything was cleaned and it looks great. The same can be said of any maintenance needed.
