They took over the management of my properties after my original company filed for bankruptcy leaving me in a bad spot. 1st Choice took over within days and helped me weather a difficult situation.   1st Choice took over my property management affairs after my original company filed for bankruptcy and left me without direction and a vacant unit. 1st Choice took on responsibility for my places within days and got the rehab on the vacant unit going immediately. They made a difficult situation much smoother than I expected. In addition, 1st Choice management personnel will call you back when you reach out to them and they respond to emails in a timely manner. They’re on top of things, whether it’s repairs, bad weather that could affect your property or if you have accounting questions. Very professional with a personal family feel. I’m grateful to have them managing my investments.

  We had an excellent experience working with 1st Choice PM during our move-in process. Everything was handled completely online, which made the entire experience incredibly smooth and convenient. Communication was clear from start to finish, and every step was explained thoroughly so there were no surprises. The process was straightforward, organized, and efficient, which really took the stress out of moving into a new home. This has honestly been the best and easiest move-in experience we’ve ever had. We truly felt supported the whole time and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and seamless rental experience. Paola was amazing to work with—she was professional, responsive, and made sure everything was clearly explained, which made the entire move-in process easy and stress-free.

  I can’t say enough good things about Sylvia and Daniela at 1st Choice. They were absolutely wonderful. They made sure our move in was excellent. Our new home is beautiful and they made sure of it. They are on tops of everything. You can’t go wrong when choosing this company.

  1st Choice Property Management does not take trouble calls seriously and cannot claim to provide exceptional customer service. Shower not working and trouble call submitted last week noting that I'd have company and the guest bathroom diverter wasn't working. Of course 5 guests had to take baths instead of showers because it wasn't considered urgent. Soooo, I waited (6th day) and they set an appointment time the middle of the work day. I availed myself to get this fixed. Well of course I took time off work to be here and they were a no-show for the appointment time they requested. This is unsatisfactory. It is apparent they don't value the customers time or schedule. Kinda like we'll get to it when we get to it.
