  I have lived here for nearly three years, and overall my experience has been positive, which is why this stood out. During a recent preventive maintenance visit, I had a negative interaction. Information about a prior experience was shared by Alyssa with a contractor, which resulted in an unprofessional comment being directed toward me. As a front-facing leasing representative, there is an expectation to handle resident matters with professionalism and discretion, particularly when communicating with external vendors. That standard was not met in this situation. This created an unnecessary situation by involving a contractor who was not part of the prior interaction, leading to an unprofessional and inappropriate comment. I hope this is addressed moving forward.

  It has been an unpleasant experience with Alyssa since the day we signed our lease. I feel harassed and discriminated against. Do not lease here if you have an ESA, they keep adding pet rent and keep threatening to give me a violation and remove my dog based off “barking complaints” and I have a furbo camera proving my dog does not bark when I’m not home. Update, I contacted email provided below on 4/1/26 and never received a response. But they came back to change their response to my review. Lol.

  Brandon makes the property a great place to live. I live right in front of the pool and I see him caring for it everyday and keeping it clean. I put a service request in last night for my door keypad and he was here the next morning to change them out. He’s always smiling and a great person to talk to!
