  Great apartment and easy move-in experience. I came to Avilla from Pennsylvania and was moving in over a weekend when the office was closed. Jennifer and Breklyn were great with answering my many questions thru email and over the phone since I was coming from out of state and not able to see the property before signing the lease. They were able to get everything set up and provided the code to the front door ahead of time so I was able to start moving in as soon as I got here. I love their mobile apps and smart home features. I received an alert that the battery for the front door lock was low while I was still in PA and within a few hours of opening a maintenance request online, Carter already fixed the issue. The only complaint I have is the lack of hardwired internet connections. There is one in the bedroom for a TV and there's one in the living room for a TV. A couple more on other walls would really be nice as I work from home and have multiple computers. Using wifi is never as fast or reliable as a wired connection.

  This apartment complex is quite impressive! While there have been numerous complaints regarding hidden fees, it's important to note that residents are informed about these charges upfront, ensuring transparency in the leasing process. BREKLYN!!! She is genuinely the most exceptional person working in the front office! Her commitment to her residents is extraordinary, as she consistently goes above and beyond to support them. When I first encountered her, I assumed she was the manager because of her impressive dedication. Her hard work deserves recognition and appreciation. Pros: water is added to rent- usually low cost, valet trash, grounds are kept clean Cons: parking- need more free parking spaces, no notification when maintenance comes to complete work orders

  Community is great and the home is nice for me and my family, but the trash around here is not well. Maintenance Conner is great help when it comes to keeping up with the repairs, but it looks like he's needing some help on the premises.i see him doing everything by his self. Where's the teamwork? Stars is mostly for maintenance.
