Ms. Kristen Minth went over and beyond to help me and my husband Marcus , she explain that Pulte mortgage is the lender , and that they have been around for a mini years what a great reputation . Ms Kristen was so knowledgeable about Centex the Builder she told us all the ends and outs when I told her that I already had a excellent realtor Mrs Cherry Bryant to represent us ,that did not deter her from doing what she do “ giving it 110%”😊at first, I was very nervous and unsure about buying a brand new home but she reassured me that she would be there for me and my husband from beginning to end and she did just that ,we closed on our new home August 16 th 2024 . I can say that this was one of the best days of my life .🤗 I have to give Ms Kristen her flowers because she is one of a kind she became like a sister from another mother I got so comfortable with her ,”now that’s excellent customer service “ You could tell that she really enjoy her job . also, Mr. Miguel showed me and my husband the house and gave us the opportunity to pick out any flaws and mistakes there. Anything that we needed to be fixed or concerns for. Miguel took care of everything and said he would still help us for the next 30 days after closing and that, even after that, he was just a phone call away. Mr. Miguel was excellent ,we did three walk-throughs with him. He made sure that everything was a 100% good before closing😃 I can say that I am pleased with our home my dream finally came true.
