  (4 1/2 stars) 2nd month in and I’ve been really enjoying the quite neighborhood of the apartments. Staff is very friendly and readily available to share concerns with timely work orders completed. Communication is very strong with emails and newsletters letting tenants know when specific maintenance events will occur with lots of time to prepare. Rooms are cozy in size but, for the smaller rooms, it is a challenge to fit furniture and belongings for 2 people. Definitely need to compromise on a lot to make a smaller room work. (It is an inconvenience to live on the third floor, but that is safer.)

  Not impressed at all. My apartment is literally falling apart and I’ve only been living here a couple months. Brown water leaks from my ceiling due to tenants above me pouring hot grease down the sink for years and years. Nothing is being done about it. Roaches of all sizes. Just very disappointed.

  Alexis and Ms. Tracy made my move-in process incredibly easy and stress-free. From the very beginning, they were attentive, patient, and genuinely caring. They took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and made sure I felt comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. Their professionalism and kindness truly stood out, and it made a big difference during such an important transition. I’m very grateful for their help and highly recommend working with them.
