  Absolutely loved my experience with Station 3700! Maribel was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant! She knows her stuff and also recommended local places around the area! I highly recommend anyone to lease here. You will be well taken care of!

  Roaches roaches and more roaches. I have lived in apartments my whole adult life and have never experienced roaches like this! And pest control? A joke. We have bombed 3 times ourselves, had pest control come out with literally no difference! They are in every room and come in thru the electrical sockets. I can not wait until our lease is up and we can get out of this roach INFESTED place!

  Great place to live! Maintenance comes quickly and the office management (Monse helped me) is always super professional and friendly! It is a dog friendly apartment complex. Poop bag station stationed in many places. The surrounding is green and well maintained throughout the year. Definitely recommend to look it up.
