  I’ve had a great experience here so far. The staff has always been helpful and responsive and the community is very well maintained. Laura Hilton has been especially kind and easy to work with and very friendly! I highly recommend 😊

  Laura in the office at Bear Creek Apartments was extremely helpful and professional. She made the whole process smooth and easy, answered all of my questions, and was very kind and patient the entire time. It’s clear she cares about the residents and takes her job seriously. Great customer service like hers really makes a difference. I appreciate all her help and would definitely recommend working with her.

  There are Rodants (RATS) living in my ceiling and walls. They have have been nawing at the wood for bout 5 months now. I've informed the front desk multiple times. Pest control have came over twice in which I've showed them a hole on the outside of the apartment tht could be a possible entrance. I was informed they would close it. Now it's been almost 2 weeks and not only has the hole not been closed I've received no follow up at all. I don't know what to do at this point.

  I applied for an apartment here after visiting on 2/21, and unfortunately the experience lacked professionalism and transparency. When I arrived, I was handed a key and told to view the unit on my own. The first key did not work, and I had to return to the office for another one. I was not given a tour of the community amenities or a clear overview of the property. The deposit structure was not explained before I paid the application fee. I was later approved with a significantly high conditional deposit ($2,500), and only then was the Jetty ($1,151) bond option mentioned. Had the potential deposit ranges been disclosed upfront, I would have made a more informed decision before applying. I also had to follow up in person regarding my application status due to lack of communication. Additionally, I sent an email about the application fee and have not received a response after a week. I understand that deposits are determined by screening criteria, but transparency and communication are essential when people are making major housing decisions. I’m sharing this so future applicants can ask detailed questions before submitting an application.
