  Shannon is a wonder at her craft. She is friendly, resourceful, helpful. She always puts the resident at ease and always does what she can to solve any issue that arises. Charter Oak is blessed to have a professional of her caliber in its ranks. Great service and community.

  I have lived here for years and years and finally found a group of ladies in the office that are great for this place. This community is so quiet and peaceful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. I love that fact that I can come in the office and just chat and feel so welcomed. They are so friendly. The neighbors are great and it is a very family feel here. I couldn't choose another place to live, as I am so happy I chose here.

  I didn't end up leasing here, I want to give a compliment to the ladies in the office. They were very nice and funny. They walked the property with one manager, Shannon, and she had me laughing hysterically. She showed me the units, which were well taken care of and I liked the amenities. I ended up finding a place closer to work, otherwise I would have looked to move in here strictly based on the management team.

  My wife and I have been here almost 15 years. Location is great. Our experience here has been very nice. Management has been very easy to work with. The porters and mechanics are skilled and do a great job. I highly recommend this complex if you are the market.

  I had such a great experience here and honestly just have to shout out Shannon because she is AMAZING. She is so nice, welcoming, and genuinely funny, which made everything feel a lot more comfortable and easy. Also, I was really surprised by the studio apartment—it doesn’t even feel like a typical studio at all. It honestly looks and feels like a real one-bedroom, just without the doors. It’s easily the best studio I’ve ever seen. The location is also super convenient with great proximity to stores, which makes everyday errands really easy. On top of that, the community here feels close and friendly, but not in an overwhelming way—you still have your space and don’t feel suffocated. Overall, I would 100% recommend this place to anyone. Shannon is awesome, and this has been one of the best experiences I’ve had!
