  We were referred to Yvonne for a home purchase. This was not our first time buying a home, but it was the first time needing a realtor to facilitate the process since we were nearly 2000 miles away on the east coast. We could tell from first contact that we found an absolute angel in Yvonne. She was prompt in her responses and very informative. After sharing what we liked about one home in particular, she was able to quickly schedule a video walk-thru. She shared her expert opinion on the property and addressed things we would have never thought of. This was never taken with discouragement. We appreciated having someone looking out for our best interests. Yvonne sent us a comprehensive list of properties that took into account all of our feedback. One property in particular was perfect. She knew this house was our best option and we couldn't have agreed more. The offer was made and Yvonne stayed on top of it, keeping us informed every step of the way. Flash forward to now and we are proud homeowners. Buying a home can be a stressful time, especially when relocating across two time zones. I don't know how we could have done this without Yvonne on our side. She was amazing and her experience really shows. We will refer her to anyone and everyone that needs a realtor. She's the absolute best!

  As my realtor, Yvonne has been very effective,energetic and enterprising , she has helped me to sell two properties, one commercial and one residential and also helped me to buy a residential property. She was very prompt to take care of problems to ensure smooth outcome and she also responds to messages in a timely manner. If you want a good and fast outcome with your buying and selling of properties, she is highly recommended by me.
